Never really thought about that.
I originally thinking it was charge that was passed down from Venus, unto Mars, then passed down onto Earth. That mountain looking thingy would have been free charge (Q) in the form of plasma, which would have brought with it swarms of dust and debris.
Venus was the burning bush in the equation (pic related).
Said to have been ejected by Jupiter, which may or may not have something to do with the giant red spot.
The process may or may not be part of the universal design to balance charge between two or more opposing systems, as would have been the war between Jupiter and Saturn.

This is what I like about this stuff is there is still so much to discover. I started out thinking these guys had everything already figured out.
Don't get me wrong, they are miles ahead of the curve, and helped laid down significant paths to follow. Still, this will be something that requires many minds contributing in many different ways.
I think the coolest part is that there are so many actual experiments that can be done to test these things. Unlike with uniformitarians who require billions of years we will never be able to observe to "confirm" the process.
