Reading HRC FBI vault files is a slog, but after a while you develop a sense of what's going on - renewals of preservation orders, subpoenas, etc. The NDAs basically show who was involved at a high level.

If the paperwork in May of 2015 was designated as Grand Jury material, doesn't that mean the GJ was already empaneled? (FBI vault HRC part 15)
