A lot of research on altering the speed of light in a localized space has been done by Evgeny Podkletnov and Giovanni Modanese.

The best sense I can make of it is: There are technologies (such as so-called gravity wave generators) which can clear out most of the virtual particles from the vacuum of space. Once you reduce the density of the virtual particles, light will now travel much faster than it does under normal virtual particle density conditions.

We perceive the speed of light as constant simply because in normal life, we are not in proximity to any technologies which alter the density of virtual particles.

it will certainly be a challenge to find ways to make it safe and orderly.

110 years ago they were worried that cars would wreck the horse trading economy and livery stables, but ultimately the country found ways to adapt. Antigrav will disrupt some current industries but it's inevitable.

Collision avoidance, protected airspace, border/customs controlโ€ฆ these will all have to be worked out. But we've done it before as a society (just think of all the traffic laws that exist now which did not exist in the horse and buggy days).

This is what I'm talking about โ€“ the original set of Maxwell-Heaviside equations, which they don't teach in schools anymore.

That gets into quantum computing. You might want to look into the work Chris de Beers (former RAND Corp spook from pre-apartheid South Africa) was doing in that arena.

De Beers died a few years ago but a lot of his writing on the subject is still around.

The relationship I see is that Trump talked in his inaugural address about bringing revolutionary new technologies to America during his term as president. He wasn't specific. But we know he has family connections to Tesla, so that gets into all the non-conventional production and transmission of electricity and various applications in telecommunications, defense, etc.

Humanity already has the science to make The JEtsons a reality. the problem is that the deep state (cabal) has quashed all efforts to bring this technology into use. So once the swamp is drained, we can finally start to use this stuff. Not all at once but step by step.

What we need is to build the Kekistan community among engineering students in universities who have access to materials and equipment to do build-ups.

One of the problems has always been that cabal foundations like the Rockefeller Fund, Luce Foundation, Carnegie Foundation, etc. give tremendous amounts of money to universities. That money comes with the catch that the universities will not allow students to pursue research in areas dangerous to cabal interests. It's typically been applied to antigravity research. However DJT is someone who can finally start to change this.

Antigrav R&D is one of the reasons rare earth elements are such a focal point of tension between China, Southeast Asia, and the West.

When you get into building up some of these antigravity propulsion mechanisms, you will find that you need certain rare earths. A lot of them are located on sea beds and hence very expensive to collect. Also, countries fight about their maritime borders due to rare earth mining.

Has this board reached a consensus on the reason why they don't say his name?

I theorized it was because the 'Cain' references Cain and Abelโ€ฆ the Cain being related to 'Canaan' of Biblical times. And because the Canaanites were often wicked/satanic, perhaps POTUS feels like it imparts some kind of power to Satan to have his name spoken aloud?

maybe i'm way off base with this theory. did the board ever come up with a better explanation?

I get that, but there are a lot of traitors in government, so it seems odd that there's only one traitor whose name they wont' speak.

Some occultists believe that even innocently or unwittingly speaking the name of a demon will attract that demon's attention. So I wonder if there is something about the syllable 'Cain' that makes it unwise to pronounce it aloud?

He did that, and much worse, to the American POWs in Laos and Vietnam.

Over 500 POWs were left behind as hostages after Nixon promised the North Vietnamese reparations for damage caused by the bombing. When Nixon resigned, the payment never happened as Ford didn't feel he could get Congress to approve the expenditure.

The situation was a lot like the Iran hostages for cash situation with Obama.

All throughout the Carter and Reagan years (up to 1986), McCain quashed efforts by US military intelligence to notify the White House of the POWs' plight (a few actually escaped and tried to get help).

By 1986, the North Vietnamese viewed the POWs as a liability and they had given up hope of ever receiving the money Nixon had promised them. So, the surviving POWs were killed. Had McCain not done what he did, both Carter and Reagan would certainly have done what was necessary to bring the men home.

It's a disgusting read:
