Muellers witch hunt is done. Two points

1. Rosenstein cannot delegate more authority than he possesses. This means that mueller took rosensteins authority as prosecutor with all the constraints placed on it by law and the constitution. Rosenstein cannot create new powers out of thin air. If rosenstein cant do it, then mueller cant do it either.

To receive more power than rosenstein, mueller needs an act of congress.

1. General warrants are unconstitutional in the US. Under no circumstances can rosenstein have turned mueller into a super prosecutor outside the constraints of the constitution.

I pray this judge permanently bars mueller and his entire team from appearing in any court. These guys are engaged in a coup, they need to lose their law licenses and go to prison.

How can a special prosecutor have more power than rosenstein.

In the past there was a law passed by congress to set up a Special prosecutor. That law expired. rosenstein setup Mueller under the powers held by rosenstein. He cant give more power than he actaully possesses.

Just think, if mueller can be set upw ithmo re power than rosenstein, then the constraints on the DOJ are meaningless. They can appoint someone todo so mething they are prohibited from doing. That breaks the rule that you are prohibited from doing indirectly what you are prohibited from doing directly.

Fact isi s that this coup is a flim flam confidence game. There was no russia collusion by trump and rosenstein set up the special counsel without it being properly authorized. This judge smells a rat because this is a confidence gamemu ,eller actually doesnt have authority to do what he is doing.
