>It will have to be a DB that you load with the raw data then use a form to access.

What kind of software do you want to deliver? Maybe Visual Basic to run on Windows, install with an .msi file?

Is Linux an option? I am not a web developer but I am tempted to take a stab at this.

>Hope is all we have

The term "we" is not suitable here.

Hope is all I have. I have nothing but hope and faith in God and some facts. I don't have a huge arsenal, a ham radio system, or a presence on the Dark Web. Then again, I don't live in America, so it would be harder for me to get any of those things than it would be for any resident of America.

However, I bet some of the Americans reading this have arsenals, ham radios, and Dark Web savvy. Those Americans are not limited to hope. They probably have plans of their own, and if they ever stop trusting Q's plan, they will still have their own plans to trust.

>if you can explain to me how to successfully post with a secure trip, and not provide an email

Have you tried using a temporary email? I don't know whether you need to have continual access to the same email.

There are various services such as this one:

https://temporarymail.com/

but I don't know the constraints of the problem. Someone with serious IT savvy might be able to give you a better method.

We probably want to make it available to the largest possible number of anons; the web is a practical interface.

I think there are already several websites where any visitor can run queries on drops. I have to revisit all the following:

Find Q drops here

Main QAnon.pub - qresear.ch/q-posts - QAlerts.pub - operationQ.pub - QPosts.online - qanon.news/Q - 8kun.top/qresearch/qposts.html

Backups qntmpkts.keybase.pub - QAlerts.app - QAlerts.net - douknowq.com/134295/Q-Anon-Pub.htm - we-go-all.net/q.html -

If I can make the time to do a similar project, here is roughly what I might try to do:

  1. Figure out how to slurp up the full list of Q drops so that I know I have the data ready to start with. (This might be hard for me; I have never written a web scraper.) Once I have all the data, it should be easy to write it into various formats. csv might be too simple because it would not have a good way to show pictures. It might be possible to download the data as XML files plus image files.

  1. Spend $5 per month or so to buy remote hosting at Digital Ocean or something similar.

  1. Upload my Q drop dataset to the remote server.

  1. Try to slap together some kind of interface so that every random web visitor can run queries.
