Exactly this. There were several speculations, though I forgot the details. Shell companies were receiving money (gov grants thanks to Dem-run local admin? covid relief?) and their "employees" were donating it? Now scale this to more Dem-run areas.

Found the notes. Summary of ideas and open questions from 08Nov2020:

 

>fake employees donate to several Dem orgs

>companies may or may not be shells, if not they're probably unaware of their fake employees donating money

>some of the companies they work for cannot be found

>shell companies might be used to turn PPP loans into campaign funding (since any business can apply and many did, it's not suspicious to have many shell companies apply as well, esp. when corrupt fellas run the company registers and decide over loans)

>donations in many small amounts that aren't suspicious

>they donate sequentially in strange amounts

>they donate to local candidates in other states

 

Did anything follow from that?
