>The floods in the midwest farm country began when Colorado and the desert southwest became the new targets for geoengineering. No rain for Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico or Colorado stores up buckets of rain for Nebraska, Iowa etc.
Remember it well. I'm in AZ. We get trailed. We get rained on heavily at times. When winds are out of the South, they trail MX, and it blows it up here, creating rain. Winter time, they trail to the North, and we get snow (high desert). Friends in CA tell me they see trails way out over the Ocean, and they get rain a day later. I'm thinking this fuckery in TX right now is a result of the trails they've dropped in the past couple of weeks around here, creating lows, which pulled the jetstream way further south, and a bit west than it normally goes. With overcast, you can't see above it to check the skies for any further trailing to see if they are maintaining the patterns through further trailing or not.
Too bad 2A doesn't cover Stingers.
