It contains a lot of good information but I cannot find a source where the link originated. It seems to have appeared around February 13th. The domain was registered March 2016. That's about all I can find.

It seems like the Mark Kaye show is in some way involved with this.

Kaye has interviewed General Flynn and Ty Woods' father (Ty was a Benghazi victim). On Gab, Kaye is pictured next to Sean Hannity. So.. I'm inclined to pay attention to this.
