The Military could easily end this winter weather manipulation with a few well-placed MOABs on the H.A.A.R.P. arrays in Alaska and the Southwest. These ionospheric heaters have been heating the ionosphere off the West Coast which sends all oncoming moisture laden Jet Stream North where it combines with Arctic cold and plunges south to bring historic cold systems to Texas and other southern states. What's worse is that [they] can (and just did) STALL these systems bringing misery to a good portion of the Country.
This weather manipulation was occurring routinely prior to the 2016 election and continued until we were informed by Q, in so many words, that geoengineering operations (chemtrailing) were being halted. This past winter, spring and summer were the very FIRST seasons in a decade or so where chemtrailing wasn't almost a daily phenomenon in the skies in the NE.
The chemtrailing which has caused this current situation in Texas and other southern states has/is occurring off the West Coast.
