A Dark Winter…

I wasn't a huge Q follower, I dabbled initially but just couldn't wrap my head around it fully but I remember seeing the 'Dark Winter' references. I was in the shower this morning listening to NPR they were talking about the power outages in Texas and other places, and I couldn't help but think is the 'Dark Winter' that JB mentioned of a few different occasions?
