Kick back a sec and really put some super duper deep thought into this just for a moment, because right there, 8bit fucked up with his post. He basically said what happened was, Jim got involved. Remember the "Pillow" incident where qresearch got deleted? Totally different issue, but very related if you consider what the backstory is with him.
"Embrace Infamy" isn't just any slogan. You really should look into it. Pillow's main beef is that he thinks Jim cut a deal and turned this site away from it's original crowd of appeal (it did, but not in the way you think). To shorten the story, Hotwheels (Brennan) used to run a board here for /hebe/ and Jim looked at the logs and asked a question. At that point, Fred should've known what was up as Jim started taking steps to rid the board of that quickly.
Fast Forward to a few months back. Remember the loli posting shit? Ron banned the loli board. That's why they raided us. I actually went over there and argued against the loli (for obvious fucking reasons) and within a few days, Ron shut it down. Then we were constantly raided. Why'd Ron do it?

Pillow's main beef was over 8chan turning it's back on the, ahem, "culture" of the board before it became one of the last bastions of free speech. He is basically accusing Jim of "selling out real free speech" for a "polished free speech board". 8bit and yesterday's fallout revealed that not only are one of the people responsible for grabbing his and FJ's wheel was a Global Volunteer, it was someone in contact with Jim himself. In 8bit's version of his own "fall out" story, what Jim is doing is actively using a monetization scheme to profit off the the works that the entirety of QResearch (and the "Mindset" and "format" of the boards/works before it) basically "built". Which… isn't untrue. You want to know the best part?
