He said so many times and he was, obviously correct.
He's got to do this in court. Simply declaring martial law and putting tanks on the street is a recipe for disaster. It would play right into the hands of the left. they're good at street violence and would, eventually, draw some pushback. Their news assets would spin that into civil war.
I've always said that there would be an element of martial law to the change but I never expected a full rollout for this very reason.

The courts stall relief until past inauguration day.
The legit President cannot remain in office unless the real results are properly adjudicated but he also can't hand over the country to a foreign agent.
Obviously, he knows about this option. It's probably been the plan all along.
So what to do?
You activate the continuity of government plan. In order to do this, you take the proof to the head of NorthComm or the joint chiefs or whoever you need to inform.
Proof of vote fraud complete with the real tallies and how it was done.
Proof of 46's ties to foreign powers.
Not the kinda sorta proof that we have but the real stuff.
Military agrees and activates the plan until such time as the SC can hear the cases and new elections can be scheduled.
The military is not in control of the entire government. They're just standing as a firewall between traitors and the good stuff that they want to sell to the chinks.
