I am of the opinion that the prohibition on drugs has caused more harm and created more illicit wealth than almost anything besides the banking system, MIC and Governments in general and would be better off being dismantled.
But I add the caveat that those who use and abuse drugs should be held liable for the consequences of their actions and not outsource the cost to the taxpayer.

All commercially bottled drinking water in Brazil, be it filtered mains water or mountain spring water is fluoridated.
I don't believe the distilled bottled water is, but that is more expensive than gasoline.
