Wait…is this based on the current voting machines? Washington State may never vote anything but blue unless voting machines are corrected, mail voting is abolished, and ranked voting for primaries is eliminated.
Ranked voting means the machines HAVE to manipulate the vote. Candidate A doesn't get enough votes to be the clear choice so second choice gets those votes….
Ranked voting is a "feel good" alternative to winner take all and a guarantee that any voting program cannot just add the votes- not that they do that now.
