All the Court is doing today is deciding whether to take any/all of the cases for consideration this term which runs thru October. My guess is that it WILL take a case, or all of them and then just kick the can down the street until October. What SCOTUS (Roberts) DOESN'T want to do is DENY ALL of the cases as that action would signal a complete exhaustion of ALL remedies under the Constitution for POTUS Trump to rectify the massive election fraud which took place on Nov 3rd- 9th.
Upon an Exhaustion of all Remedies under the Constitution, the final option would be unilateral action on the part of the U.S. Military to support and defend the Constitution and preserve the Republic.
However, that is not to say that this decision by the Military has NOT already been taken due to proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the SCOTUS has been fully compromised and is unfit or unable to honor its duties under the Constitution.
Basically, Roberts wants to do exactly what the thoroughly compromised and disgraced fed dist court judge Emmet Sullivan did with Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn's case. Just stall, stall until his hand is forced.
