Just going to put it out there: Has anyone noticed that the Captain America movie: Winter Soldier is playing out almost exactly like what's happening now, with characters and items being representations of countries and organizations?

Obvious reasons.
>Black Widow = Russia
Obvious reasons. Also, remember what she says in the movie: She went to work for SHIELD instead of the KGB because she thought she was going to do something good, but found out that she just went from the KGB to HYDRA. Interestingly, in-universe, HYDRA was behind the KGB, too, just like the CABAL controlled important people on both sides of the Cold War.

Our intelligence community as it seems on the surface: mostly benevolent in intent if not in action (we know this to be false).

The Cabal, who have infiltrated everything.
To note, HYDRA (the Cabal) was planning to take control of the world by collecting, cataloguing, and analyzing information to find current and predict current threats to their organization.
That information was then spread throughout three hellocarriers (N,C,F), who would then eliminate the threats using their hitech cannons.
Interestingly enough, HYDRA was stopped by two things:

They turned the hellocarriers (the intelligence community) against once another.

The released ALL the information that SHIELD and HYDRA had to the public via an encrypted download that was released to the public by Black Widow (Russia).
The question I have is: Who is the Winter Soldier supposed to be?
How long has this plan been in motion?
