Look, Kerry is a douchebag globalist and enemy of the US people. But that sounds a little unconstitutional to me. 1st Amendment?
I correspond with foreign governments all the time to tell them what douchebags they are. And I hope to influence their conduct.
For example I wrote the UK Home Office and told them they're a bunch of cucks for giving up their guns and letting desert savage terrorists invade their land. Told them to man the fuck up and kick out the muzzos. Will they listen? Doubtful. But I said my piece and if this somehow violated the Logan Act that would be a gross violation of my free speech, imo
