The SCOTUS has not refused to hear the cases concerning Trump, i.e. Trump vs Boockvar, the Michigan case, or the Lin Wood case, so far.

This is a good sign as usually, they will kick the cases they don't want to hear, and publish their decision on Friday, after conference.

Does this mean that they will hear the cases?

No.

It could mean they they are going to use the weekend, and perhaps other days in the week to come up with every reason not to hear these cases.
