These adventure quests they have the ability to put you on, are more than just an episode of drug induced psychosis. The mind is actually more attuned to the surroundings in regard to situational awareness. Yet, there are stimuli that cannot be faked. This is how the blend is established, and yet, there are aspects of their interactions that lead me to believe that there are some levels of morality at play. These actors are still human, and will break role if provoked correctly. This is how you can attempt to establish a common ground, and maybe even collaborate. It's an exercise in discernment. If one is gullible enough to betray their own common sense in order to appease these delusions of implanted grandeur, then you deserve what consequences are accrued. If you are able to overcome these stimuli I believe more intense phases are introduced.
This is at a means of an end. When will they fuck up too far, and reveal too much SIGINT?
When will I be abducted, in order to protect national security?
When will the "award" of being with a loved one, in collaboration, be granted to either one of us? Any of us?
