HRC got information through something called a Special Access Program, meaning she got high level info on a daily basis. She was selling this info to whoever would pay for it. That's why Q said in his long post "American for Sale". Also, our Uranium was for sale, our nuke technology was for sale. Anything and everything she could get paid for she was selling for her own personal gain.
