it makes sense that the vortex is responsible for the arctic weather, and that weather modification technology could be advanced to the point of triggering a dip.

 

but what about the power grid issues in texas… it is hard to believe that the equipment just froze up and selectively fkd certain areas at the time when they needed power the most.

anons this order from the sec. of energy limited the amount of electric power texas was allowed to produce during and after the storm based on “environmental impact” of burning fossil fuels and generating wastewater. we’re these limits reasonable under the circumstances?
