Brilliant timing. Very fine vid quality,too.
Summer, 22 JUN 2015, is a key period for updates in the surroundings at the junction of VICTORIA/NORTHUMBERLAND. Your vid fills a gap. And not just fills the gap but does so with remarkble clarity.
The additional images from TRAFALGAR and PICCADILLY are also gems. You very nearly approached the site of RED BUS pic and came tantalisingly close to the Q view of the CIRCUS.
You know that diggerz here are gonna ask. Got moar? Possibly driving through the junction from the other side of the EMBANKMENT or via NORTHUMBERLAND?

Vid useful in providing graphic evidence of changes on the street.
As far as explaining this to readers/viewers, comparison of street markings and the meridian is improved visually by use of your vid of 2015 next to Streeview imagery of 2014. When lined-up with the EMBANKMENT pics that Q dropped, it can be well-illustrated that the Q pics pre-date the summer of 2015.
Making it easier to illustrate is important to comms, I think, as Q clearly drew attention to the differences between 2015/2016 and the winter of 2013/2014. The first thing was to use 2015/2016 as a benchmark and then work backward in time looking for upgrades and changes in the surroundings.
Other details within the picture frames pushed the date back from 2014/2015 to 2013/2014 and narrowed the EMBANKMENT pics to the winter during which rooftop work behind BIG BEN prominently incuded a shrouded spire between OCT 2013 and MAR 2014. This timing matched evidence of changes in traffic bollards at pedestrian islands in the Corinthia Hotel pics.
Note that those pics were entitled, CH1 and CH2 and CH3. The CH might also mean the FBI surveillances of Gen Flynn, aka 'CROSSFIRE HURRICANE'. THAT supposedly began more recently than winter 2013/2014. At least on the surface it would appear that Q has given us the means to show 'valued targets' at a particular location at a particular time which would be outside the official narrative - and outside the timing documented in declassified documents.
Again, important to find wasy to communicate these comms. The vid adds to our ability to clearly push back the time interval when it is revealed who the individuals are in these Q pics.
