Is a tad cheeky to say the least, I suppose in one way it is a good thing, we would end up paying for it via taxes I imagine. At least this way only those people who want to give their hard earned cash to BoJo so he can have some fancy wallpaper are the ones footing the bill. Also the "gold wallpaper" - covered in gold -gilt -> guilt.
