Also, Kav, Gorsuch, and ACB all now need to be impeached once Congress is cleared out and new Senators and Reps with common sense are elected. As Justice Thomas wrote (in picrel), the refusal to take the case "is inexplicable." Kav, and Gorsuch have previously voted against what were expected to be clearcut, conservative, original intent type cases. Most recently on the gay marriage case. Kav and Gorsuch took turns voting with the liberals so that the other could keep some semblance of conservatism. They have become "swing" votes like Justice Kennedy, viewed as apolitical "independent" thinkers. Yet, they vote with the DS as needed.
