You and thou dub 7s make a good point, anon.

I even since a mantra in there something like:

'Good Morale is Needed in Information War Just Like Other War'

Anyway maybe a better wordsmith can do that but you're right there needs to be some sort of morale boost-or at least lift (if this war is legit lol).

That's funny you bring that up.

You may be right but I use those same facts to argue that methane and petroleum are produced inside the earth NATURALLY and it isn't all dead plants and dinos.

If you're right, I hope there is fossilized evidence that can be found.

Understood.

Problem is my research is failing to shatter through the silly marketing terms.

I'm a techie so if you know how to answer: what kind of computer is it in 'real' terms? Is it a multi-branch multi-processor machine? Just put it in simple YET technical terms so I can wade through all the marketing hype; thanks!

>why does the supreme court need other opinions, thought they were the end all be all. Seems counterintuitive to me. why have them at all.

I, too, do not have the honor of being a lawfag but I have some knowledge in the area.

Why do they need other opinions?

My best guess is the lower court was the FIRST court because these are BIG matters. I.E., start at the state level. The next appeal up is the Supreme Court at the Fed level. Why does it skip lower Fed Courts? My guess is it is due to internal Federal Court Rules.

That is, IN GENERAL you have other Federal Courts after a state high court yet before SCOTUS.

With election law you can probably get an on-ramp to SCOTUS.

Therefore, SCOTUS has to rule on motions that would establish facts on the case not just procedure.

Not sure what you meant by God-given (a phrase or serious) but remember God's first 'orders' to humans that haven't been changed due to progressive revelation:

Be fruitful and multiply.

Spread out on the earth.

Subdue it.

Have dominion over it (don't pollute it, but don't fail to exploit it justly either).

Notice how everything the Cabal does goes against these orders directly?

I hear you but despite everything I typed up above I'm running under the conviction that all the courts are comped just like our executive and legislative branches. Also the higher-up military officer corps and the ring-knocking junior officers.

God help us if the non-comms are comped, too.

Anyway, I'm stating view what I typed above with handicaps of I'm not a lawyer or law-school attendee ever and that the courts are comped like hell.
