A recent hand recount in the Rockingham District 7 NH House Race in Windham, New Hampshire, found that the Dominion-owned voting machines shorted EVERY REPUBLICAN by roughly 300 votes.

The Dominion machine counted results were wrong for all 4 Republicans in Windham by almost exactly 300 votes.

Dominion Voting Systems owns the intellectual property of the AccuVote machines used in New Hampshire.

David told The Gateway Pundit that the Republican candidates in Windham had 6% of their total votes removed by the Dominion-owned voting machines.

Indoor dining is returning around the city, but struggling restaurants desperately need another stimulus bill to make it through the next stretch of the pandemic, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D.N.Y.) said Sunday.

The Senate majority leader said he’s working to keep thousands of local restaurants afloat by pushing for a $25 billion relief fund baked into the proposed $1.9 trillion COVID-19 stimulus package working its way through Congress. Struggling restaurateurs could apply for relief grants through the Small Business Administration.

Restaurant owners were able to apply for forgivable Paycheck Protection Program loans through previous stimulus packages that Congress passed in March and December. But Schumer is aiming for a dedicated program exclusively for bars and eateries.

The insane policies of Democrat governors and mayors are now the responsibility of the rest of the nation to clean up? Something is not right about this, but of course, Democrat Schumer is involved.

Democrats Target Cable Providers for Carrying Fox, Newsmax, OANN

“Are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, OANN, and Newsmax on your platform both now and beyond the renewal date? If so, why?”

Congressional Democrats are targeting cable providers for carrying conservative leaning news outlets Fox, Newsmax and One America News Network, accusing the networks of spreading “disinformation and extremism” by broadcasting “conspiracy theories and misleading or patently false information” regarding the COVID pandemic and the November presidential election.

The New York Times reported Monday about a letter sent to cable providers by House Democrats:

In advance of the Wednesday hearing, called “Fanning the Flames: Disinformation and Extremism in the Media,” members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee sent a letter on Monday to Comcast, AT&T, Spectrum, Dish, Verizon, Cox and Altice, asking about their role in “the spread of dangerous misinformation.”

Mainstream US media is under fire for publishing an article telling Americans that life won't go back to normal even after they've been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 – and critics argue the message discourages vaccination.

In an AP article from Saturday, which has since been republished by a number of news outlets including NBC New York, medical writer Lauran Neergaard bluntly told readers not to "expect to shed your mask and get back to normal activities right away" after being "fully vaccinated against the coronavirus."

"That's going to be a disappointment, if not a shock, to many people," she added.

Italian ambassador killed in attack on UN peacekeepers in DR Congo

An Italian diplomat and a police officer were killed while traveling as part of a UN peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo on Monday.

The Italian Foreign Ministry confirmed that Ambassador Luca Attanasio and a member of the country’s Carabinieri police were killed during an attack on a UN convoy in the city of Goma in eastern Congo, near the border with Rwanda.

According to Rai News, the head of the EU delegation in Congo’s capital Kinshasa was also traveling with the convoy that was part of a UN peacekeeping mission.

A spokesperson for the Virunga National Park told Reuters the ambush on the convoy was carried out as part of a kidnapping attempt.

Several armed groups are known to operate in the area where the attack occurred.

A major crisis was narrowly averted Sunday over Iran's nuclear facilities and the planned booting of IAEA inspectors from key sites, scheduled according to a prior Iranian parliament decision for Feb.21. Tehran reached a last-minute agreement with the UN nuclear watchdog, now being described as a temporary "technical understanding" to keep the inspections going for another three months.

According to the agreement, the IAEA will no longer conduct last-minute "snap inspections" after Tehran argued that it shouldn't be subject to such after the US tore up the deal under Trump. IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi said Sunday that "This is not a replacement for what we used to have. This is a temporary solution that allows us to continue to give to the world assurances of what is going on there, in the hope that we can return to a fuller picture," as cited in CNN.

Tech firms unveil anti-disinformation code in Australia as call for action follows government inquiries

DIGI, a nonprofit industry association that represents tech giants in Australia, including Facebook, Google and Twitter, has announced that the sites have agreed to a code of practice to fight misinformation on their platforms.

The group, incorporating Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Redbubble, TikTok and Twitter, has agreed, following pressure from the Australian government, to take the actions outlined in the new code, including labeling false content, demoting it, prioritizing credible information and removing repeat offenders or bots.

The Australian government has conducted a number of inquiries into the issue of misinformation and the country's Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has been looking into the problem of fake news online.

In a statement, DIGI said that “all signatories commit to safeguards to protect Australians against harm from online disinformation and misinformation and adopting a range of scalable measures that reduce its spread and visibility.”

However, despite the announcement from DIGI, the Australian government refused to rule out introducing stricter measures against tech giants if the newly laid out code doesn’t achieve the goal of tackling misinformation.

Australia’s communications minister, Paul Fletcher, said the government would give the code some time, to see if it works, but warned companies it will be “watching carefully” and seeking to ensure the code is “effective in providing safeguards” against disinformation.

‘Thank you,’ says MyPillow’s Mike Lindell as he’s finally sued by Dominion after months of begging

Dominion Voting Systems has filed a lawsuit against MyPillow CEO and vocal Donald Trump supporter Mike Lindell over his election fraud claims, saying “the lie sells pillows.”

Lindell is only the latest person to be legally targeted by Dominion over election fraud conspiracy theories. The company filed suit last month against Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, accusing him of pushing election conspiracies to “financially enrich himself.”

Dominion is now suing Lindell for defamation, seeking $1.3 billion in damages.

“MyPillow’s defamatory marketing campaign – with promo codes like ‘FightforTrump’, ‘45’, ‘Proof’, and ‘QAnon’ – has increased MyPillow sales by 30-40 percent and continues duping people into redirecting their election-lie outrage into pillow purchases,” the lawsuit claims.

Lindell fired back at the lawsuit and said “it’s been cancel culture for MyPillow” as his outspokenness has led to 22 retailers dropping his popular products from their stores.

Lindell has alleged the election was rigged in Joe Biden’s favor through Dominion and other voting software systems through not only interviews, but also a two-hour documentary titled ‘Absolute Proof’, which aired earlier this month. He was previously booted from Twitter for his refusal to back down on his election fraud beliefs.

“I’m very happy that they finally got that suit filed,” Lindell told CNBC of Dominion’s lawsuit. He previously invited one from the company multiple times and even to sue them earlier this month “for the American people” as a way to keep the discussion about alleged election fraud going.

“My message to Dominion is thank you for finally getting this done, because it’ll be back in the limelight now,” Lindell said.

Republicans sound alarm over major U-turn by Biden admin on Russia-to-Europe gas pipeline

Republican senators in the US have fired a barrage of criticism over a new State Department report that faied to include new entities as targets for sanctions over their participation in the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project.

“The Biden administration is signaling it is willing to let the pipeline be completed with catastrophic implications for American national security and for the energy security of our European allies,” Texas Senator Ted Cruz, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said in a statement.

The report to Congress named two enterprises previously sanctioned by the Trump administration — the Russian pipe-laying ship ‘Fortuna’ and its owner KVT-RUS, the WSJ reports. The document also includes 18 firms that had already left or were leaving the project.

The criticism was reportedly backed by Idaho Senator Jim Risch, the top Republican on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who said the report was misleading.

“Maritime tracking information makes it clear that ships not covered in today’s report are currently active in supporting Nord Stream 2 construction. The administration’s decision to ignore these activities demands an immediate explanation,” the lawmaker said in a statement.

The Nord Stream 2 pipeline project is currently being completed by Russia’s Gazprom, in cooperation with several European energy majors. The $11-billion pipeline, which is 95-percent completed, is set to double the existing pipeline’s capacity by 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Nord Stream 2 will reportedly provide transit for 70 percent of Russian gas sales to Europe.

Texas Considers Letting Chinese Company Build Wind Farm That Would Provide Power To Air Force Base

Local and federal officials express concern the Chinese subsidiary could interfere with the Air Force, sully the pristine wilderness, or use the project for Chinese espionage.

Dubbed the “Blue Hills Wind Project,” GH America Energy, a company owned by Shanghai billionaire Sun Guangxin, plans to purchase nearly 130,000 acres of land immediately across from Laughlin Air Force Base.

Guangxin is a former officer in the Chinese army and is the richest person in China’s embattled Xinjiang province. GH America Energy is a subsidiary of Guanghui Energy Company, based out of Shanghai, where Sun Guangxin owns a controlling 44% stake, according to Market Screener.

Late last year, Del Rio Mayor, Bruno Lozano, wrote to federal officials close to the matter, “We believe that this project and all future projects of a similar nature will result in unacceptable risk to national security of the United States.”

Biden’s USAID Nominee ‘Lobbied’ to remove Terror-Linked Group from U.S. Blacklist

President Biden’s pick to lead the U.S. Agency for International Development, Samantha Power, previously “lobbied” to remove an Iranian organization funding terrorism from the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.

The unearthed effort, revealed via a letter from Senator Charles Grassley, notes that “several emails uncovered during my investigation show that while you were the Ambassador to the United Nations (UN), you were involved in efforts to delist (Islamic Relief Agency) ISRA from the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list.”

ISRA, which has aided and funneled millions to Al-Qaeda-linked terrorists, appears to have enjoyed help from then-UN Ambassador Powers in its quest to “muscle their way off the SDN list via back channel political pressure.”

Grassley details the improper channels used to initiate a review of the group’s SDN designation:

“Generally, if an individual or a non-governmental organization (NGO) believes that they were misidentified, wrongly placed, or have significantly changed behavior enough to justify their removal from the SDN list, they may request that they be removed by contacting the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Our records indicate that ISRA did not reach out to OFAC to have their status re-examined. Despite this, in emails dated February 20, 2015, your deputy, Jeremy Weinstein, contacted OFAC requesting that OFAC, “initiate a review without a formal request from [ISRA].” This email chain is subsequent to another set of emails sent earlier on February 11, 2015, stating that you had asked your staff to “follow up” on “a long-running issue related to [the U.S.’s] designation of [ISRA].”

Also included in the letter are 10 questions for her Senate confirmation process, including:

If you were aware of ISRA’s extensive history of financing terrorists, why did you feel it prudent to advocate for overturning their designation? If you were not aware, did you or your staff conduct any due diligence regarding ISRA’s history? If not, why not?

Scott Friedman of NBC DFW has announced that ERCOT is using COVID-19 as its excuse for not winterizing the Texas power grid in time for the winter weather disaster that saw millions of Texans without power.

“NBC5 Investigates has learned ERCOT inspections designed to ensure power plants are winterized did not happen as usual this year,” wrote Friedman. “Due to COVID they were virtual tabletop exercises, not in-person inspections. ERCOT says it’s too early to say if that played a role.”
