Ted's right; but on accident. Justice Thomas' argument is a bit weak, but the point is that the "last minute" (which really weren't, but that's another debate) rule changes present a window of opportunity for a fraudulent election to have taken place. Hence, the "lack of evidence presented that it wasn't fraudulent" argument; which really is more of a tacit admittance the election was rigged, but they can't do shit about it.
