What do you know? It turns out a critic of TGP’s article on the obvious questionable election results in Colorado neglected to disclose that his wife worked for Sequoia and Dominion Voting Machines for more than a decade.

We reported ten days ago on the suspect and questionable results in Colorado in the 2020 election.

One individual by the name of Matt Crane claimed to be a “strong conservative and very proud republican” in an email to top Republicans. He challenged our report but never reached out to us. He did, however, have the gall to reach out to state Republicans and disparage our report. One of those who received his email provided it to us. We responded to Crane’s email in an article yesterday.

We weren’t really sure why a ‘conservative and very proud republican’ (as Crane referred to himself) would write the email Crane sent out. We mentioned this in our post and provided in our rebuttal three things never addressed by Crane:

Well, overnight we discovered that there is more to this Matt Crane individual. He was the former Clerk and Recorder in Arapahoe County. We located support for this in various articles, even one report that mentions the woman who took his job:

Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder Joan Lopez had no elections experience prior to being elected clerk. And it’s showing — frequently — in ways that should make every resident question her ability to fulfill her duties.

The article goes on to mention how the new Clerk and Recorder blocked individuals on Twitter:

But she didn’t just block me. At least three fellow constituents were also blocked, including former Deputy Secretary of State Suzanne Staiert and Lisa Flanagan-Crane (Lopez’s predecessor’s wife).

Biden Attempting ‘Administrative Abolishment’ Of ICE, Termination of Thousands of Jobs at Agency

The Biden administration is currently attempting to enact an “administrative abolishment” of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Along with essentially rolling out a welcome banner for illegals, the move will also terminate the jobs of thousands of officers who arrest and deport these trespassers.

“This is an administrative abolishment of ICE as we currently know it,” a source with knowledge of the plan told the Washington Times.

The Washington Examiner reports that “Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is understood to have recently introduced a plan to do away with ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations arm and convert those officers into agents who investigate transnational crime instead of going after illegal immigrants.”

“The Biden administration’s proposal, outlined to top officials at the agency, would keep ICE’s name and its investigations side but effectively do away with its ability to enforce immigration laws. ICE would have little, if any, ability to do anything about people who choose to overstay a visa or illegally enter the U.S. at its land borders. Over the past decade, ICE officers have faced mounting challenges taking illegal immigrants into custody in sanctuary jurisdictions across the country that have enacted policies not to allow local police to turn over immigrants to ICE, as was standard practice for decades,” the report explains.

While the Democrats do not want you or your family to travel or even go out to eat due to the pandemic, they have absolutely no problem with foreigners hopping across our border. Seems totally logical.

These Are the Roughly 200 Businesses Whose Leaders Are Backing Gun Control Initiatives

The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms launched an initiative last year aimed at providing information to Second Amendment-loving Americans. The goal was to provide a comprehensive list of companies and/or CEOs who back gun control initiatives and legislation or have anti-firearm corporate policies in place.

“When we started this project last year, we were actually surprised, and in some cases disappointed, at some of the businesses we added to the list," CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb said in a statement. "We discovered several brand name businesses and corporate leaders who evidently have a nefarious agenda to limit gun rights. Their current and potential patrons should have the knowledge of what their hard earned dollars are actually funding.”

The CCRKBA recently added Gucci to the list after it was revealed the high-end brand donated $500,000 to the March for Our Lives organization, which launched after the Parkland shooting in Florida. March for Our Lives quickly used the funds to advance anti-Second Amendment legislation, Gottlieb said.

According to Gottlieb, putting together the list was about giving pro-gun Americans knowledge about their purchasing habits. It's not about boycotting companies and businesses but rather about giving Americans the ability to make informed decisions about where their hard-earned dollars go.

“We encourage people to buy products from companies they can count on to not support efforts aimed at curtailing constitutional rights,” he explained. “By providing this information, we hope gun owning consumers are making reasonable decisions about which businesses to patronize. This might convince some businesses to re-think their core values.”

“We’re not calling for a boycott of these companies,” Gottlieb said. “Businesses and the people who own them can support whatever kind of philosophy they want, and gun owning consumers can likewise not spend any money with those firms. Let the marketplace decide. Over 100 million American gun owners represent a sizeable [sic] consumer bloc, and they will decide where they spend their money.”

US treasury secretary floats idea of digital dollar maintained by the Fed

Janet Yellen may be open to having United States regulators consider a digital currency, but she still seems to have strong concerns about Bitcoin (BTC).

In an interview for The New York Times’ DealBook DC Policy Project held on Monday, Yellen said it makes sense for the Federal Reserve to look into a digital dollar. Speaking to Andrew Ross Sorkin, the treasury secretary said a digital dollar maintained by the Fed could result in “faster, safer and cheaper payments,” but added there were “a lot of things to consider” before a possible rollout. She questioned how regulators would “manage money laundering and illicit finance issues” as well as the impact on banks and the Fed.

In addition, the treasury secretary criticized Bitcoin as a medium of exchange, not mentioning its use as a store of value:

“I don’t think that Bitcoin is widely used as a transaction mechanism. […] It’s an extremely inefficient way of conducting transactions, and the amount of energy that’s consumed in processing those transactions is staggering.”

Yellen spoke about cryptocurrencies and BTC prior to being sworn into office on Jan. 26. In her confirmation hearing to be treasury secretary, she called crypto a “growing concern” in the United States that is “mainly for illicit financing.” Her subsequent written statements reiterated these views connecting digital assets and illegal financing but also included that she planned to encourage the use of digital assets in the U.S. government for “legitimate activities.”

She is the first woman to be treasury secretary and previously served as the chair of the Federal Reserve under former U.S. President Barack Obama before leaving in early 2018. Yellen once called Bitcoin “anything but useful,” but she was largely silent on crypto and blockchain until being tapped by President Joe Biden.

Cop Fired After Department Finds Out Shocking Intel He Allegedly Supplied BLM Protesters With

A Lexington, Kentucky, police officer was fired early Friday for leaking inside information about police to a Black Lives Matter protest leader.

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council announced that after a nine-hour hearing and two hours of deliberations it had sided with Lexington Police Chief Lawrence Weathers in his recommendation to fire officer Jervis Middleton, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader. Middleton was convicted on two of the three charges against him.

Middleton was accused of funneling information to Sarah Williams, a friend of his who was also a leader of weeks of protests over the death of Breonna Taylor. Middleton had said the information he disclosed did not jeopardize the safety of any officers.

Middleton’s “conduct during a highly stressful and potentially vulnerable time during the history of our community — the most significant policing event in our community in 20 years — demonstrates that he should no longer be a police officer,” Keith Horn, a lawyer for the city, said.

“The allegations against Officer Middleton is that he provided information that could be used to insult, intimidate and harass our officers while they were working the protests,” Weathers said.

Navy Will Make All Sailors Reaffirm Oath to the Constitution in Extremism Stand-Down

When the Navy holds its daylong stand-downs to address the extremist ideologies that leaders say have infiltrated the military ranks, sailors across the fleet will be required to reaffirm the oath they took to the U.S. Constitution.

All Navy personnel uniformed and civilian will have to repeat the oath of enlistment or office and discuss what actions betray that promise during the virtual or in-person learning sessions that must be held by April 6. The stand-downs will focus on the "damaging effects of extremism" and how to eliminate it, Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Adm. John Nowell wrote in a service-wide message.

"As public servants, we took an oath to the Constitution and we will not tolerate those who participate in actions that go against the fundamental principles of the oath we share, particularly actions associated with extremist or dissident ideologies," Nowell wrote.

The Navy is the first military service to reveal what leaders will cover during the military's upcoming stand-downs. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered the one-day events last month after dozens of veterans and service members were arrested in connection with the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Stand-downs are typically held after accidents to ensure safety protocols are being met, but military leaders have used them to address other problems, such as sexual assault or suicides. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby called the arrests following the Capitol siege a "wake-up call" for defense leaders.

Whether extremists are in the ranks is no longer debatable, he added this week. "It's really just about to what degree," Kirby said.

Navy leaders can access service-provided a discussion guide and slides to help prepare for the upcoming stand-downs. The discussion guide stresses that troops' freedom of speech and right to peaceful assembly are protected by the First Amendment. However, the document adds, "these important rights are not unlimited in their protections."

"Vandalizing government property and storming a police barrier is not an exercise of First Amendment rights," the guide states. "…Understanding that we support and defend the Constitution of the United States, not a supervisor, political appointee or person occupying a political office."

Lawyers representing some former and current military personnel accused of entering the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 have argued that their clients were following President Donald Trump's directions.

Commanders can tailor the discussions they have with their personnel, but all must include the group reaffirmation of the oath of enlistment and discussions about what it means. They must also address the responsibility leaders at every level have to report and investigate signs of extremism, and the findings of a Navy task force that recently made dozens of recommendations about how to end racism in the ranks.

Adm. John Aquilino, the head of U.S. Pacific Fleet, held one of the service's first stand-downs with members of a West Coast carrier strike group on Feb. 8, after hate symbols were found aboard two of the group's ships in a matter of weeks.

"We are all sailors, we are all shipmates, and we are here to serve our nation and defend the Constitution," Aquilino told the strike group's crew members. "I owe you a safe place to work so that you can execute your mission and fulfill your oath."

The Navy's slides for the stand-down include several anecdotal examples of behavior prohibited in the ranks. These range from a Marine who was discharged after posing in blackface on social media to a soldier who faced federal charges for distributing information on building improvised explosive devices, and expressed a desire to travel to Ukraine to fight with a paramilitary group with neo-Nazi sympathies.

While most troops perform their duties with integrity, the slides add, "recent events have shown that we must be ever vigilant in our efforts to identify and combat such ideology within the ranks and organizations."
