Telegram actually DOES have a verification program for "official" accounts with links to other verified social media accounts for the same "official" accountholder.

My understanding is that this is Pompeo's legitimate account. Pompeo tweeted out a link to his official account, and it has a Telegram verification check. Telegram does verify official accounts if they link to another social media official account. This one does and I've been following pretty much from the beginning.
I really don't care if it's Eastwood's real account or not….Mike Pompeo re-posted it, see what it's about…
