Whistleblower Video Footage of Forced COVID Vaccines in German Nursing Homes Goes Public – Attorney: “We’re Dealing with Homicide, Maybe Even Murder”

Earlier this week we published the English translation of a video in German that Attorney Reiner Fuellmich published with a whistleblower who works in a nursing home where several residents were injected with the experimental COVID mRNA shots against their will, and where many of them died a short time later. Since that interview was published, other whistleblowers in Germany who work in nursing homes have also stepped forward, some with video footage showing residents being held down and vaccinated against their wish.

Attorney Reiner Fuellmich, talking about the residents who were previously in good physical health and only suffered from “dementia,” stated:

One of them was a runner, in his late 70s, or WAS a runner, I should say, who was also an opera singer.

He outran one of the nurses who is in her mid 30s. He was still singing operas on the day that he got vaccinated.

After he got vaccinated, a couple of days later, he died.

So this opera singer, doesn’t sing anymore.

One of the most disturbing things about what these whistleblower videos reveal, according to Attorney Fuellmich, is that now they are getting more and more calls from other whistleblowers in nursing homes, in Germany and around the world, where they are reporting the same things.

We are getting more and more calls from other whistleblowers from other nursing homes in this country, plus we’re getting information from other countries, Sweden for example, Norway for example, Gibraltar for example, there are also incidents in England and in the United States that match these descriptions.

Attorney Fuellmich is not afraid to state exactly where this evidence leads us:

It means that people are dying because of the vaccines.

What we are seeing in this video clip is worse than anything we ever expected.

If this is representative for what’s going on in the other nursing homes, and in other countries, then we have a very serious problem.

And so do the people who make the vaccines, so do the people who administer the vaccines.

It looks more and more as though we’re dealing with homicide, and maybe even murder.

France considers slowing vaccine rollout for hospital staff, with many unable to work following jab

In the university hospital of Brest in Brittany, during the first week of the vaccine rollout, 20 to 25 percent of the recipients of the vaccine had to stop work because of influenza symptoms including bad headaches, high fever and sore muscles

The AstraZeneca experimental COVID-19 vaccine currently being given to health workers in France has caused so many side-effects that the French vaccination task force (Conseil d’orientation de la stratégie vaccinale) has recommended “a staggering of the vaccination schedule for people working in the same care unit” as well as “the systematic intake of paracetamol just before the injection and in the two following days.”

The vaccine was developed by Oxford University together with the British-Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca by cultivating the weakened SARS-CoV-2 virus in the HEK-293 cell line derived from the kidney of an aborted baby. According to the Oxford Vaccine Centre, these weakened viruses “are purified several times to remove the cell culture material,” adding that “this makes it unlikely that any human material remains in the final vaccine.” “Unlikely”, it is worth noting, does not mean “impossible.”

The French restrictions on the AstraZeneca jab follow a series of undesirable incidents registered in several hospitals in different parts of the country where personnel were being massively inoculated from the start of the campaign on February 5. These were so numerous that the hospitals were finding themselves facing personnel shortages in ICU and COVID-19 units. In one hospital, half of the physiotherapists were on sick leave at the same time after having received the vaccine.

In the most western town of France, the university hospital of Brest in Brittany was particularly hard hit. During the first week of the campaign between 20 to 25 percent of the recipients of the vaccine had to stop work because of influenza symptoms including bad headaches, high fever and sore muscles. The hospital authorities subsequently took the decision to stop vaccinations.

Similar scenarios played out in other hospitals in Brittany and have been documented by the local media in towns such as Quimper and Morlaix. In the town of Vannes 18 percent of the vaccinated health workers were reportedly compelled to take sick leave after receiving a vaccine.

In Normandy, the hospital of Saint-Lô suspended vaccinations on February 11 after ten of the fifty or so employees vaccinated on February 10 presented symptoms of fever and nausea. By that date 10, 000 shots had been delivered to health workers and 149 “pharmacovigilance declarations” had been filed. The mRNA Pfizer and Moderna experimental vaccines that are being used for elderly people have not led to such declarations, although several reports suggest that their administration has been followed by COVID-19 contaminations and deaths in care homes.

In the Dordogne, near Bordeaux, hospital workers no longer want to get the AstraZeneca jab according to local media, since the “Hygiene and Security Committee” of the hospital of Périgueux reported that a “considerable number” – between 50 and 70 percent – of those who received it “experienced very heavy side effects,” as compared with a “tolerance level” of about 10 percent.

Catholic League: Pro-Trans ‘Equality Act’ the ‘Most Comprehensive Assault on Christianity Ever Written into Law’

Catholic League president Bill Donohue warned Monday that the Equality Act would “promote the most comprehensive assault on Christianity ever written into law.”

While its proponents insist that the Equality Act is about “ending discrimination,” it would in fact fundamentally alter the legal definition of sex to include sexual orientation and gender identity, Dr. Donohue argues.

The Act would also undermine the Religious Freedom Restoration Act by conferring special status on gay rights, prioritizing them over religious freedom and conscience rights, he added.

The Equality Act would also require healthcare providers to provide “hormone therapies and surgical procedures that are required to change the physical characteristics associated with sex changes,” Donohue observes, without regard for the beliefs of healthcare workers.

“It has become increasingly clear that the expansion of rights to transgender women — really biological males who identify as female — has come at the expense of rights for biological females,” Donohue adds.

“Boys and men would be allowed to compete in sports with girls and women, thus unfairly altering women’s athletics,” he writes. Moreover, “biological males can use the locker rooms, restrooms and shower facilities that have always been reserved for females.”

This would also mean that “Catholics, evangelicals, Orthodox Jews, Mormons, Muslims, and many other religious communities could not raise religious liberty objections to any of the aforementioned rights of transgender women,” Donohue warns.

“It is hard for the public to understand, especially Catholics, why such allegedly ‘devout Catholics’ as Biden and Pelosi would want to champion such patently anti-Christian legislation as the Equality Act,” he concludes.

On its website, the U.S. Catholic Bishops’ Conference warns that the Equality Act would “discriminate against people of faith” and “punish faith-based organizations, such as charities and schools who serve everyone in their communities, simply because of their beliefs.”

The proposed legislation would also “force girls and women to compete against boys and men for limited opportunities in sports, and to share locker rooms and shower spaces with biological males who identify as women,” the bishops note.

It would also “force people in everyday life, and especially health care workers, to support gender transition,” they add.

Last week, Kansas City Archbishop Joseph Naumann said Biden should “stop defining himself as a devout Catholic and acknowledge that his view on abortion is contrary to Catholic moral teaching.”

FDA says Covid vaccine makers can modify shots as variants emerge

The FDA may allow vaccine makers to ease up on lengthy clinical trials once more is known about how the vaccines work against new variants.

The Food and Drug Administration has laid the groundwork for drugmakers to be able to react quickly to emerging coronavirus variants and get modified products to the public without the need for extended clinical trials.

"We are using every tool in our toolbox to fight this pandemic, including pivoting as the virus adapts," Dr. Janet Woodcock, acting FDA commissioner, said in a statement Monday.

The FDA guidance issued Monday is for companies that make Covid-19 vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostic tests as they work to keep up with evolving variants of SARS-CoV-2.

Evidence so far suggests that the two Covid-19 vaccines authorized in the U.S., from Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech, appear to offer good protection against new variants.

But the fact that the virus continues to mutate means drugmakers will need to keep up, adapting quickly if necessary. The FDA guidance suggests companies may be able to pull back on lengthy clinical trials to prove safety and effectiveness each time a new variant emerges.

This is not unlike how the flu shot changes from year to year.

"For influenza, we are so accustomed to doing this," Dr. Peter Marks, director of the FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, said on a call with reporters Monday. Because the flu shot is so well studied, human clinical studies are unnecessary each year. Manufacturers simply modify the shots based on the strains that are predicted to be in circulation.

Semiconductor chip shortage leads to 160+ layoffs at GM Flint Engine Operations

More than 160 workers at the General Motors Flint Engine Operations plant are being laid off permanently beginning Monday.

The reason? An industry-wide shortage of semiconductor chips used in many new vehicles. In fact, many of General Motors’ highly profitable trucks and SUVs use around 150 of chips in each vehicle.

Flint Engine Operations builds a turbo engine for the Chevrolet Equinox assembled in Canada. UAW Region 1D Director Steve Dawes said GM wants to make sure its scarce semiconductor chips are going into the most profitable trucks and SUVs, such as the GMC and Chevrolet heavy duty pickup trucks made in the Flint manufacturing complex.

GM and the United Auto Workers union hope the semiconductor chip shortage is temporary, which potentially could allow the jobs to be reinstated someday. But the layoffs are classified as permanent, so the workers could be off the job for days, weeks or even months.

Hundreds Killed on Each Side; Yemen’s Maarib a ‘Blood Bath’

No sign of last northern government post changing hands, fighting continues

The UN is pushing both sides to abandon the ongoing escalation of the fighting over Yemen’s Maarib, the last government-held outpost in northern Yemen, warning that the toll is rising and that risks a civilian exodus from the area.

Weeks of fighting so far have accomplished little, with sources describing a “blood bath” and both sides having lost hundreds of fighters. The outpost is still in government hands, though the Houthis have high ground in the vicinity now.

The deadliest single fight since 2018, the Maarib battle reflects something common in Yemen, that it’s easy to get into a deadly fight, but hard to make any territory change hands in a meaningful way.

The Houthis insist Maarib is part of the “national liberation battle,” though in practice it may be about improving their bargaining position by holding the entire north when peace talks inevitably resume.

The value of Maarib is often overstated, with talk of it being “oil-rich” or “gas-rich” misleading, as it is only so compared to the rest of the disastrously impoverished nation. Control is more about claiming momentum than any pittance either side will extract from the region after the battle.

Blinken: US Wants to ‘Strengthen’ Iran Nuclear Deal

Additional demands before giving Iran sanctions relief is a non-starter for talks with Tehran

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Monday that the US will work to “lengthen and strengthen” the Iran nuclear deal, known as the JCPOA, and reiterated the Biden administration’s stance on the agreement.

“President Biden has said: if Iran comes back into strict compliance with the JCPOA, the United States is prepared to do the same,” Blinken said in a pre-recorded speech for a UN-sponsored disarmament conference in Geneva.

“We will also seek to lengthen and strengthen the JCPOA and address other areas of concern, including Iran’s destabilizing regional behavior and ballistic missile development and proliferation,” he said.

While the Biden administration has said it is willing to talk with Iran about the deal, Blinken and other officials continue to make additional demands. But Iranian officials have been clear that before the US lifts sanctions to comply with the JCPOA, Iran has no interest in a stricter agreement.

Since the US is the party that violated the deal in 2018 by reimposing sanctions, Iran wants Biden to act first. While Iran has increased the activity of its civilian nuclear program, throughout the process, Tehran has said the steps could be immediately reversed if the US lifts sanctions.

The EU is currently working to organize a meeting of the nuclear deal participants and the US. On Saturday, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said Tehran is studying a proposal from the EU for the possible talks.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif had previously suggested the EU could help coordinate the actions needed to be taken by the US and Iran to revive the JCPOA. If the talks do happen, and the US continues to make unreasonable demands, it could kill the JCPOA for good.

AT&T & Frontier Let Phone Networks “Fall Apart” Despite Rate Hikes, Says Regulator; Low-income Customers Hardest Hit

AT&T is really making a name for itself and not in a good way. Despite opposition and warnings, the company continues to install 5G throughout the U.S. (see 1, 2) and reports indicate that it’s slower than 4G in almost every city where it’s been tested. Regardless, the company is asking to borrow billions more to keep installing it.

The company has also been outed for failing to install broadband in Mississippi after being paid hundreds of millions to do so.

AT&T and Frontier have let their copper phone networks deteriorate through neglect since 2010, resulting in poor service quality and many lengthy outages, a report commissioned by the California state government found. Customers in low-income areas and areas without substantial competition have fared the worst, the report found. AT&T in particular was found to have neglected low-income communities and to have imposed severe price increases adding up to 152.6 percent over a decade.

The report was written in April 2019 but kept private because data submitted by the carriers was deemed confidential and proprietary. The report finally became public after the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) ruled in December 2020 that a redacted version had to be released by mid-January.

Ex-Capitol Police chief did not get FBI report warning of violence on Jan. 6

Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund on Tuesday told lawmakers he did not receive a copy of an FBI report warning of violence that was issued the day before the attack on the Capitol.

The FBI issued a report from its Norfolk, Va., field office on Jan. 5 that detailed specific calls for violence on Jan. 6, including those that suggested protesters go to the Capitol “ready for war.”

“I actually just in the last 24 hours was informed by the department that we actually had received that report,” Sund said in response to a question from Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.).

Sund said an officer assigned to the Joint Terrorism Task Force with the FBI received the report, which then went to an official at the Intelligence Division at U.S. Capitol Police headquarters.

“It did not go any further than that,” Sund said.

The new detail came as Sund and other officials testified before the Senate Rules and Homeland Security committees about the security lapses that occurred Jan. 6.

The law enforcement officials have argued that intelligence sharing was a key factor in explaining why Capitol security forces were unprepared the day of the riot.

Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.) read snippets of online comments included in the FBI report, including one that said “Congress needs to hear glass breaking doors being kicked in,” and another that proclaimed “We get our president or we die.”

Merkley called the lack of information sharing within the Capitol security network concerning.

“That's very concerning whether or not [there are] procedures for the head of the intelligence on the U.S. Capitol Police to get the intelligence report, to review it, especially when there were significant other indications of potential violence,” he said.

NEW YORK, February 12. /TASS/. Social network Twitter removed 100 accounts allegedly associated with Russia, the company announced on Tuesday.

"Today we’re disclosing two separate networks that have Russian ties. Our first investigation found and removed a network of 69 fake accounts that can be reliably tied to Russian state actors. A number of these accounts amplified narratives that were aligned with the Russian government, while another subset of the network focused on undermining faith in the NATO alliance and its stability. As part of our second investigation in this region, we removed 31 accounts from two networks that show signs of being affiliated with the Internet Research Agency (IRA) and Russian government-linked actors. These accounts amplified narratives that had been previously associated with the IRA and other Russian influence efforts targeting the United States and European Union," Twitter said.

Biden Only Approved 77 of 254 Counties in Texas’ Major Disaster Requests White House Says

This is absolutely sickening and we can’t believe this is actually real life America. Biden’s administration only approved 77 of the 254 county requests in Canada for disaster relief after a major ice and show storm hammered the state and caused dozens of deaths.

Biden declared an emergency in 77 of 254 counties, despite Texas governor requesting all 254 after the state had millions without power in below zero temperatures for the first time in decades.

Press Secretary Jen Psaki said on Sunday that the order was to focus on the “hardest hit” parts of the state.

Governor Greg Abbot claimed this was an “important first step”.

“This partial approval is an important first step,” Abbott said on Saturday.

“I thank President Biden for his assistance as we respond to impacts of winter weather across our state,” Abbott said in a statement Saturday. “Texas will continue to work with our federal partners to ensure all eligible Texans have access to the relief they need. The funds provided under the Major Disaster Declaration may provide crucial assistance to Texans as they begin to repair their homes and address property damage.”

Psaki added the following:

“The governor requested a federal disaster declaration, the president asked his team to expedite that and FEMA determined where the counties should be, where it should focus the immediate resources, where the counties that are hardest hit, so that they can make sure they get the people in most need,” Psaki said on ABC’s “This Week.”

Israel donates COVID vaccines to Palestinian Authority, other countries

"It was decided to help with a symbolic amount of vaccines for medical staff of the Palestinian Authority and some countries that asked Israel.”

Israel gave “a limited quantity” of COVID-19 vaccines to the Palestinian Authority and a number of other countries, the Prime Minister’s Office said on Tuesday.

Honduras and Guatemala, the latter of which has an embassy in Jerusalem, are among the countries that received donated vaccine doses from Israel, diplomatic sources confirmed. The Czech Republic will also get doses of the vaccine; the senior cabinet in Prague authorized the opening of a diplomatic office in Jerusalem on Tuesday.

The PMO said that in light of Israel’s status as the leading country in the world at vaccinating its population against COVID-19, many countries have asked Israel for aid with their vaccine supply.

“Israel does not manufacture vaccines,” the PMO explained, “and told [the countries] that asked that the amount Israel ordered is meant to vaccinate its population and does not expect to have a significant ability to help until Israel’s vaccination operation ends.

However, the PMO added that “in the last month a limited amount of vaccines that were not being used accumulated, and therefore it was decided to help with a symbolic amount of vaccines for medical staff of the Palestinian Authority and some countries that asked Israel.”

Defense Minister Benny Gantz came out against the move, saying that the move could only be justified by an urgent security, diplomatic or medical need, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has not presented one to the public or the cabinet.

“The fact that Netanyahu is trading the vaccines that Israeli citizens paid for with their tax money, without any accountability, shows that he thinks he’s running a kingdom and not a country,” Gantz said.

Ex-US intel chief: US needs tougher laws to address domestic terrorism

Ex-Shin Bet official: PM should not make calls on foreign digital influence.

Congress needs to pass new and tougher laws against domestic terrorism following the January 6 Capitol building riots, former US director of national intelligence James Clapper said Tuesday.

Speaking at a virtual conference on “Digital Foreign Influence in Elections” sponsored by the groups Israel Defense and the Israel Intelligence and Heritage Commemoration Center, he said: “The charges lodged [against the rioters] are all pretty benign: disorderly conduct; entering an unauthorized area. They never said domestic terrorism.”

“This is because we don’t have laws that govern that,” he added. “I think that is an area that hopefully our Congress will deal with.”

Most of Clapper’s discussion related to describing Russia’s social-media campaign to interfere in the 2016 US presidential election.

Moscow “reached some 132 million Americans on Facebook alone – not to mention other media platforms,” he said.

The former top intelligence official said Russia “had messages for everybody. They knew how to capitalize and exploit the polarization and divisiveness in this country, which already existed, and they amplified it.”

While some of this part of the narrative is not radically new, Clapper explained how puzzled he and the heads of the CIA, NSA and FBI were about how to cope with the cyber assault.

Even before the November 2020 election, intelligence officials giving a classified briefing to the four top Republican leaders simply led to accusations that the Obama administration was politicizing the intelligence community to undermine Donald Trump, he said.

In another noteworthy moment, Clapper said Russian intelligence was as shocked as much of the US when Trump won the 2016 election.

“They were as shocked as everyone else was when he won,” he said. “Russia had anticipated Hillary Clinton would win and [already preelection] were laying the groundwork to undermine her as president.”

On a positive note, he said the CIA, NSA and FBI were cooperating on the issue of confronting Russian disinformation informally even before they were later given orders to form a joint task force.

This showed that the lessons of the 9/11 Commission to increase data sharing between disparate US intelligence agencies has firmly taken root, he said.

Former Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) technology chief and current Phonetica CEO Ron Shamir said due to the inherent tensions of a prime minister or other head of state being a politician, Israeli intelligence officials should handle digital foreign interference in elections differently than other issues.

Expansion of domestic terrorism laws profoundly threatens democracy

Someone I know recently described a strange and shocking situation they had with a neighbor they barely know. The neighbor tentatively came over to ask if they were in any way going to cause trouble with her because she voted for President Joe Biden and she believed based on the free speech bumper stickers on their car that they were Trump supporters.

She said she was terrified that someone could be a domestic Trump terrorist and target her home. She had been in her house since last March due to COVID-19 and had been watching the news 24-7.

It’s sad but true that the rhetoric since Jan. 6, from lawmakers is dangerous to how Americans perceive one-another, as well as civil liberties. It is in my opinion a mission creep to a surveillance society born out of fear and one in which American democracy is threatened.

One example was House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, when she said Trump was a “danger to the nation…We know that the President of the United States incited this insurrection, this armed rebellion against our common country. He must go, he is a clear and present danger to the nation that we all love.” She also said, those “insurrectionists were not patriots. They were not part of a political base to be catered to and managed. They were domestic terrorists and justice must prevail.”

What does this mean exactly? These are the terms that have been attributed to Trump supporters. It’s not just those that broke the law, committed criminal acts and were part of the destruction on Capitol Hill Jan.6.

And now, lawmakers are going much further, pushing to expand the powers of the DHS, FBI and DOJ. Those powers will allow law enforcement to more readily surveil Americans. It is an effort, they say, that is needed to root out the growing and alleged threat of domestic terrorism.

Strangely these so-called domestic terrorist groups, linked to white supremacists, surfaced predominately without warning in January. According to Democrats who are pushing for the expansion of surveillance powers, these groups are a direct threat to a democracy and the White House.

On Tuesday, the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs and Rules and Administration Committees, held the hearing on Capitol Hill regarding the Jan. 6, riots, including the issue of domestic terrorism. The discussions not only focused on the events of that tragic day and how they transpired but what is needed to prevent these American terrorists from acting again.

I recently sent an email to the FBI asking how their investigation into the crimes committed on Jan. 6 were conducted and if those authorities exceeded similar riots that occurred the summer before in Washington D.C. and Portland, Oregon. I also wanted to know under what authority did the FBI have to request the bank records of Bank of America customers on or around the day of the Capitol riots.

In a breaking report on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson’s show, bank records obtained by the network show that BofA turned over the financial data of 211 of its customers. Those customers were caught up in a huge dragnet the bank conducted of its clients who happened to use credit and debit cards on or around the Jan. 6 riots. Those records were turned over to the FBI without a warrant.

The response I received from the FBI is as vague as the legislation currently being proposed by lawmakers to expand the authorities to surveil American citizens.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal posted a photo of Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister for Strategic Industries Oleg Urusky and the Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.

This image, apparently, was taken on February 21 at the IDEX-2021 international arms exhibition in the UAE. In the photo, Urusky is next to Kadyrov in a crowd of people.

Biden Regime Throws The Book At Capitol Protesters, Offers Molotov-Throwing BLM Lawyers Plea Deal

Though the Biden regime is hitting Capitol protesters with "conspiracy" charges and arresting people daily for merely stepping foot in the Capitol building, they've offered a plea deal to the two lawyers who torched a police van with a Molotov cocktail during a Black Lives Matter riot last year.

Though the terms of the plea deal haven't been revealed, the pair were facing life in prison on charges of arson, conspiracy, use of destructive device, civil disorder, making or possessing a destructive device, and the use of explosives during a crime of violence.

The two lawyers charged with torching an empty NYPD van during a Black Lives Matter protest in Brooklyn last summer were offered a plea deal by federal prosecutors earlier this month, according to new court documents.

The suspects, Urooj Rahman and Colinford Mattis, were offered the unspecified deal on Feb. 11, according to a court papers filed Saturday by Brooklyn federal prosecutors.

Specifics about the proposed deal were not clear — nor was whether they accepted.

New York Shuts Down, Fines Bitfinex Cryptocurrency Platform

New York State authorities have shut down the digital currency trading platform Bitfinex and fined its operators $18.5 million for defrauding investors over losses of about $850 million, state Attorney General Letitia James said on Tuesday.

"This week, we’re taking action to end Bitfinex and Tether’s illegal activities in New York," James said in a statement, referring to the digital currency trading platform itself and its product Tether stable coin. "An agreement with iFinex, Tether and their related entities will require them to cease any further trading activity with New Yorkers, as well as force the companies to pay $18.5 million in penalties, in addition to requiring a number of steps to increase transparency."

According to the statement, iFinex - the operator of Bitfinex - and Tether made false statements about the backing of the Tether stablecoin and about the movement of hundreds of millions of dollars between the two companies to cover up the truth about massive losses by Bitfinex, estimated at $850 million.

Millions of investors around the world use virtual currencies as decentralized digital currencies - unlike regulated government currencies such as the dollar - to buy goods and services, oftentimes anonymously, through secure online transactions.

Stablecoins, specifically, are virtual currencies that are always supposed to have the same real-dollar value. In the case of Tether, the company represented that each of its stablecoins were backed one-to-one by US dollars in reserve.

James said Tether’s claims that its virtual currency was fully backed by US dollars at all times was untrue.

"These companies obscured the true risk investors faced and were operated by unlicensed and unregulated individuals and entities dealing in the darkest corners of the financial system," she said.

James also vowed to relentlessly pursue those who tried to trade virtual currencies in New York state by bending its laws, noting that just last week, her office shut down operator Coinseed for its fraudulent conduct.

"These legal actions send a clear message that we will stand up to corporate greed whether it comes out of a traditional bank, a virtual currency trading platform, or any other type of financial institution," James said.

The New York action comes a day after US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen called Bitcoin, the so-called granddaddy of the cryptocurrencies, to be an inefficient payment system that was too volatile for the average user or investor and often misused for illicit finance.

Despite Bitcoin’s popularity, objection by many governments against the cryptocurrency, which is banned by India ad Nigeria, has also led to huge intraday swings in its price.

Bitcoin’s price has hit record highs above $58,000 during the weekend, skyrocketing from below $11,000 at the end of September. Market capitalization in the cryptocurrency has exceeded $1 trillion, matching tech giants like Amazon, Google and Microsoft, as speculators and even endowments of leading universities like Harvard and Yale bought into the 12-year-old digital currency.

Trudeau gov't practices safe relations with China, abstains from genocide vote

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took a brave stance against a foreign adversary in the House of Commons on February 22. While the opposition parties voted unanimously to condemn the actions of the Chinese regime as genocide, the Trudeau government — represented by Foreign Affairs Minister Marc Garneau, while the rest of the cabinet didn't attend, abstained from voting.

In the end, 266 of Canada's 388 Members of Parliament — including Liberal backbenchers — voted in support of the motion to condemn the Chinese regime's actions as genocide.

On yesterday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, independent Canadian journalist Spencer Fernando joined Ezra to discuss the spineless approach from the prime minister, especially given his previous acceptance of Canada as having committed genocide against missing and murdered indigenous women.

Speaking about Prime Minister Trudeau's approach to dealing with the Chinese Communist Party, Spencer told Ezra that:

If you look back at Trudeau's history, his father was very much pro-Communist and pro-China — a big fan of dictatorships, Communist dictatorships. So, I think that a lot of that was instilled in Trudeau from a young age and I think he really can't break out of it. I think that's still his mindset. Be aware, “Child Rights” are coming: academics argue that comprehensive sex ed is “a child’s human right”

Attempts to solidify the state’s role as mothers and fathers within society continue to emerge.

Two lecturers from the University College Cork in Ireland co-wrote a recent paper arguing that a very explicit form of sexuality education is “primarily a child’s human right, independent of state discretion and/or parental rights.”

The academics frame sexuality education as “a child’s human right” that would essentially bypass any parents who may oppose it, or the “notion” that parents have a right “to withhold this education from their children if they see fit.”

“Child rights'' pushed through comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) are the next frontier for institutions like the United Nations, organizations, academics, philanthropists and governments. Why? Because CSE targets the hearts and minds of the next generation, who are future voters. This type of curriculum also intentionally seeks to drive a wedge between parents and their children by undermining the values and beliefs that are taught to children in the home.

Last year, I reported on a Human Rights Watch submission to the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Privacy Rights which, if implemented, would be a means for globalists to pressure nations to grant children legal rights to bypass parental consent.

These “rights” would give children absolute privacy when accessing the following: abortions, hormone injections for the purpose of gender transition and/or puberty blockers, online and offline information on any subject and to any materials (this means inside their classrooms, schools, at doctors offices, extracurricular activities, etc.), access to explicit information contained within Comprehensive Sexuality Education, male children using female bathrooms and change rooms, as well as medical provisions tailored for full access to minors with zero parental assistance or knowledge.

I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that the UN’s allies are petitioning the organization to help establish “child rights,” while academics are openly advocating for the same. But even this agenda has its flaws. International law clearly affirms the legal and moral rights of parents in directing their child’s education:

“Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.” United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 26.3. 

“Parents have the primary responsibility for the upbringing and development of the child… [the state] shall render appropriate assistance to parents.” United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 18.

Education should be directed to “the development of respect for the child’s parents, his or her own cultural identity… and values.” United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 29.1(c) .

The UCC academics pointed several times to the European Court of Human Rights, writing that the court “has held that parental convictions that are ‘incompatible with human dignity’ or that ‘conflict with the fundamental right of the child to education’ are not protected. This provides a basis for arguing that the dignity of children requires the provision of sexuality education even against the wishes of parents.”

Biden’s China Chief Said She Was “Fine” With the CCP Spreading Influence in America And Pre-Briefed Communists Ahead of a Major Summit.

The latest addition to President Biden’s China team, Melanie Hart, participated in programs and authored reports sponsored by a leading Chinese Communist-backed propaganda organization seeking to “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing.”

Emails also reveal Hart saying she is “fine” with Chinese think tanks broadening their “international influencing” in the United States. She has also secretly provided Chinese Communist Party Premiers with questions ahead of conferences.

Hart’s newfound post as China Policy Coordinator to the Undersecretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy and the Environment will allow her to “oversee a review of Trump administration policies.” Bloomberg notes she’ll focus on the Trump team’s “Clean Network” Initiative, which encouraged countries to block Huawei, a controversial and compromised Chinese Communist Party-linked telecommunications company, from 5G networks.

Hart’s past, however, casts her as an unlikely figure to be tough on Beijing.

In 2013, Hart took a trip sponsored by the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) to Beijing as part of a Center for American Progress (CAP) delegation.

Hart, who served as the Director of China Policy and a Senior Fellow at CAP, a think-tank with major influence during the Obama years, traveled to the communist country for an annual “U.S.-China High-Level Dialogue.”

The September event convened to discuss the findings of a 110-page CAP report entitled “Toward a New Model of Major Power Relationship,” which urged closer financial ties and military collaboration between the two countries. Among the Chinese Communist Party-linked attendees were academics from state-run universities and think tanks including the People’s Liberation Army Academy for Military Science.

“Officials and experts in both countries need a more effective dialogue with their citizens on the importance of the U.S.-China relationship and what new- model relations exercise is designed to prevent and achieve,” the CAP report encouraged.

Horowitz: As criminals take advantage of hands-off justice system, feds clamp down on political prisoners

We are now living in an America where accused murderers and rapists are released without bail, while Trump supporters are held

For the past decade, I've been trying to raise awareness about the harms of the weak-on-crime policies being advocated by both parties. As crime continues to surge, even the most violent career criminals are released on little or no bail, a growing phenomenon that is responsible for most of the violent crimes committed in the country. The insipid mantra of the de-incarceration crowd is that we shouldn't lock people up for low-level offenses. I have long wondered what they consider to be high-level offenses. Now we have our answer. It is you and me.

We are now living in an America where accused murderers and rapists with long rap sheets are released without bail, while Trump supporters are being held without the opportunity to post even high bail for nebulous charges of trespassing on public property. All of us want violent criminals punished, but as Julie Kelly of American Greatness found after examining 200 indictments related to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, nearly all of them were charged with trespassing for simply taking selfies in the Capitol.

Take the case of Jessica Watkins. She is being charged with disorderly conduct, entering a restricted building, and obstruction of an official proceeding. She has no prior record, and these are the quintessential "low-level" crimes I've been hearing the left lament for years in the context of the discussion of over-incarceration. Yet the Feds are asking that she be held without bail because she has spoken to friends about the need for a revolution.

By that standard, tens of millions of Trump-haters could have been held without bail for the comments they regularly spewed about him for years, especially when they were involved in Black Lives Matter riots. The fact that people are being charged, much less held without bond, for taking selfies in the Capitol, with no evidence that they engaged in assault or theft, is further disturbing because by the government's own admission, some police officers let them in. Last week, the Capitol Hill police announced the suspension of six officers and an investigation into the actions of 29 others because they are suspected of letting in the crowd. Absent evidence of other criminal behavior, it is indefensible to charge civilians with trespassing before this investigation is complete.

It's also disturbing that they continue to lie about the death of Officer Brian Sicknick to use it as a pretext for labeling any and all opposition to the Left as insurrection and sedition and treating the entry into the Capitol differently from any other commensurate crime.
