Jan 6 scared the living bajezuz out of TPTB in Washington. They thought Patriots were just a bunch of Russian bots. When the Capitol was surrounded by actual everyday citizens they suddenly realized they weren't as untouchable as they thought. For every citizen action, there is an unequal and disproportionate reaction from the elites.
Pelosi has no authority to order the FIB to do anything. She tried with that shit with the Pentagon and got told to fuck off. DOJ is so comped with commies that they may actually comply with this. Any info this "investigation" produces would be inadmissible for a number of reasons and she has to know it.
