This is a bunch of horseshit. Levin has addressed all of these things (except the Scalia comment which I don't believe is true and would like to see proof of).
There is no way to have a 'runaway' convention of states. It's not a 'constitutional convention' that's intentional mislabeling to fear monger.
The people making this argument are afraid of the control we would regain after a successful convention of states.
The convention has to have a clear mandate at the outset to gather support from other states to even conveine. They can't change the agenda after it's started, that's more fear mongering disinformation.
If we did get the support to conviene a convention of states and an amendment proposal was arrived at it would then go to the states to ratify and that takes 3/4 or 34 states. Since 29 states are run by GOP governors the chances of an amendment that somehow helps the Dems and weakens the constitution is pretty much impossible.
The people pushing this 'runaway' idea have been doing so for years in hopes they can scare the public into leaving the corrupt system alone so they can continue to abuse it.
Fucking fakest of fake news anons, read Mark's book "The Liberty Amendments" and understand how the process works and how those who oppose it are using the same fake news tactics to prevent a convention as they do for everything else where they gain and hold power.
