yep - same message in Australia - got thru it with a vpn.
Funny thing is I used the link on that page to access the vanwa.tech page and went to their contact link and then got the same IP address banned page.
Also firefox wasn't happy about the 'cdn' infront of the address - firefox said I might be being tricked IDK
