Black lives matter terrorists are entering the highway in Rochester, New York. Police have blocked the exit ramp, but appear to be allowing them to walk past and onto the shoulder.

New York State Police have apparently decided to let black lives matter terrorists completely shut down one direction of the highway in Rochester. If pro-Trump people did this, everyone would be immediately arrested.
