Now if I was some globalist elite asshole, hell-bent on world depopulation, this is what I'd do.

1. Release a virus, push fear.

2. Offer up a vax.

3. Release a second virus, this one engineered to kill those who got the vax for the first virus. This way, one could target select populations.
