Biden was totally unprepared to be President & has nothing ready. Look at those vacancies. Not even nominees ready.
IMO, Donald Trump & Co. strung Biden along, then at the last moment, shoved him in the seat. Obviously blackmail is involved because that's just the way the criminal power structure works. Biden gets the same treatment. Don "The Shadow President" & Sock Puppet Joe who can't escape.
