So I looked up deltas and found a three year for #827. That drop mentions "The BRIDGE." Apparently, Bankers Bank of the West has an online banking system that can be used as a back up to FedWire and allows access to FedACH, Fed funds, etc. FedWire, FedACH, and a number of other systems are affected by the outage.
