Close look tells me DJT head was shopped onto the neck. Upper neck is to thin in relation to head and it looks like it makes a goose neck to the shopped head.

Sky in not important. Backgouns is somewhat overexposed and the original sky was probably burnt out. Bad sky replacement with poorly defined edge.. May happen with poor contrast of light trees and original sky. New sky replacement in PS feature does a really AI good job now, so this may be an older pic.
