Trump had Epstein "whacked"; and even if he didn't, who cares they're all in on it. I almost spat my tea out at the thought of DJT getting Epstein knocked off. The old works canteen split between a minority of two who had never even heard of Jeff Epstein, and everyone else who did manage to agree that Epstein was dirty af and NO ONE believed the cover story about suicide btw.

"You'd be in jail" was a joke AT OUR EXPENSE - "they all get away with it" (where "it" is anything criminal OR improper).
I just bite my tongue. Hostility to DJT has now been folded into a generalized hostility to EVERYONE in public office and I mean everyone, e.g. "if this was one of us you'd be sure we'd catch no breaks…and did you hear about XYZ?"
