I don't think you want to use the term Sedition. Because it is not a crime during peace time. Woodrow Wilson Act . The Supreme Court struck down the Alien and Sedition Act of Woodrow Wilson. So Sedition won't apply here I don't think.

What will apply though is Treason, or Espionage Act. HRC is back to setting up her Foundation and under the Espionage Act, trading in State Secrets for Money or Influence makes her guilt of that a hundred times probably.

I see where your going here. The Alien and Sedition Act said you could not speak against the government in times of war. But then the SC said it was unconstitutional when Woodrow Wilson tried to put reporters and some people in jail. Because Anti Government speech is protected speech at all times.
