Look into it? You Charge them. Put the Charges in front of a Grand Jury, WITH EVIDENCE and Data, and Documentation from other States or Protocol. The Grand Jury decides to Indict. From there, it goes to Trial. Jury Convicts, Sentences are issued. All this pussyfooting around with inquiries is sickening.

Precisely my point. They have NO business "looking" into anything. This gets put into LE's Hands. A Sheriff from the County of the Nursing Homes Venue could make the Arrest and file Charges. The Charges are heard in that County in State Court. Any Sheriff with balls would do it.
