Not really, as that is a congress thing not a President thing.
Illegitimate is illegitimate - the voter fraud was real. Hence the need to silence anyone who questions the outcome of that election.
It’s such an obvious cheat that too much poking at it and it will collapse, which is why no court was willing to even look at evidence.
