Usually Presidents retire to a life outside politics, engaging in humanitarian projects or light diplomacy. They rarely criticise the new President–it's considered bad form. Their surrogates move on as well. So for Kerry to fly about and work to undermine Trump's agenda, it's never been done.

It isn't "shadow diplomacy" or "clandestine diplomacy." The only people authorized to engage in diplomacy are working for POTUS as employees of the US government. The American people voted for Trump because they wanted change. When Kerry works to subvert POTUS' agenda, he works to subvert the will of the American people.

Don't let the media frame this as anything other than what it is: Treason. Sedition. Subversion. John Kerry needs to hang.
