If you have low T, fix your diet. If you think you need to take HRT to fix it, or go "old school" like Cern and Ahhhnold, think about that heart failure first. It's simply not worth it.
A clean diet will get you want you want, last longer, improve the condition of your body, keep your balls from shrinking from under usage (think about that really hard for a sec), and help you realize your real potential for your real current state at your age.
Don't fall for the cheating trap, anon. You're better than that. Cheating, honestly, is for no one. Ask any pro athlete that has snapped their elbows or knees. They are all regretting those types of decisions at one point in time of their careers. Keep in mind, test/HCG also affects your mind; making you think you can do things you shouldn't do.
Remember: Everything is Calorie In, Calorie Out. You cannot beat physics.
-
Establish your workout plan (keep it realistic).
-
Establish your baseline, get a macro built around that (Fats, Carbs, Protein %), and you are ready to play ball:
Cut Phase - Decrease meat intake by 30%, uptick your veggies, and eliminate breads and dairy (carbs come from veggies/fruits, not bullshit like bread). If you are hungry between meals, grab an apple/banana.
>Make your workout routine heavier on cardio than lifting. You will fucking need it later.
Bulk Phase - Throw away your fridge and pantry. You now only eat Chicken and brown rice with milk 6 times a day. For the first two weeks, you will be forcing it down your throat just to get that last bite in. At the end of week two, you will be throwing weights around in anticipation for your next meal. That's your body going into "FUCK YESSSSS" mode. Do not do this for more than 4 weeks, though.
>Hey, how's that bedroom performance going?
Maintenance Phase - Well balanced diet, Well balanced lifting/walking routine. Do this for about 4 weeks, and see how it goes.
>Let me guess, you feel almost 21 again?
You can pull this off in less time than you think. You just got to focus on the positive. Just remember, motivation is good, but it's a false god. Discipline is where it's at.
Good luck, anon. We're all gonna make it, bro.
