Just starting back at the gym this month so its full on cut stage for now. Did a small 3 day fast this week in prep for a longer 7-10 day next week. cut caffeine, sugar, breads, and all drinks besides water out already.
doing about 1.5- 2 hours cardio 4 days a week atm with some light lifting thrown in to get started. I need to get tested for test but in my 40's sex drive is almost zero and i haven't dated or tried to in years. but the black pill could have a big part of that life choice.
as soon as i get under 200 ill start the bulk and hitting the weights hard again.
it feels great to see the lbs melting off and the 20 i dropped already has me feeling good again. changed my shitty mood also. I missed it and glad I started again.
