Sometimes I filter all kinds of things, not just the shills. Religious conversations, mathematics/physics discussions, etc,…

If I have the time they can be worthwhile to follow, but the life of a bread is short, and sometimes I want to skim the top.

It's amazing how foundational that is to good physical and emotional health. Clean food and water, fresh air, sunshine, natural body movement.
