What would make Dem's stay home and Repub's get out to vote more?

Polls swung to the Democrat side making it look like the Dem's would win OVERWHELMINGLY.

 

It is counterintuitive.

Hence, some people are not that smart yet assume leadership positions AND/OR some people are Agents of the Enemy camp.
