No one can really know for sure what the sealed docs are (subpoenas, search warrants, indictments?) and so attorneys won't speculate.
I have personally watched the number grow from a couple thousand in October to nearly 30,000.
We either have a serious backlog issue in our Federal Courts for some reason now OR something YUGE is in the works.
