Eric Trump: They Weaponized the Legal System – I Got Hundreds of Subpoenas – They Attacked Our Kids who are One-and-a-Half and Three-and-a-Half

Eric Trump joined Greg Kelly tonight following President Trump’s speech Sunday at CPAC!

During their discussion, Eric reported on the horrific abuse the family received the past 5 years.

The left not only abused President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump but also abused the Trump children and grandchildren.

Eric Trump: Greg, I don’t think people even comprehend… I don’t think people realize what the Democrats tried to do to us. The way they weaponized the system. I got hundreds, hundreds, and hundreds of subpoenas. Every single day. The way they weaponized the legal system against us, the way they still do it. The way they are just out for blood. Anything they could do to take down our family, our friends. Anybody who came close to us. The way people tried to cancel us. And despite that we kept on fighting and fighting and fighting. We did so every single day… There’s so much behind the scenes that people don’t even comprehend. It was an emotional end to a beautiful journey. They came after us and our kids and Barron and our kids who are one-and-a-half, three-and-a-half and the things that were said to them!

CYBERWAR is imminent & will affect ordinary Americans, claims CEO of company that ‘discovered’ SolarWinds hack

Cybersecurity firm FireEye has warned Americans that they’ll be targeted by the next big cyberattack, whether they know it or not. Disrupted supply chains and the chaos of cellular and internet networks crashing will follow.

“The next conflict where the gloves come off in cyber, the American citizen will be dragged into it, whether they want to be or not. Period,” FireEye CEO Kevin Mandia told Axios on HBO on Sunday.

“People don’t even know all the things they depend on. All of a sudden the supply chain starts getting disrupted because computers don’t work,” he continued, threatening viewers with his description of a rapid, uncontrollable descent into chaos.

Implying that anything less than total 360-degree protection was worthless, he added that “Blocking 99.99999999 percent of all the attacks means you're gonna get compromised everywhere."

If you can be hacked, you are hacked.

“There is no actual end to cybersecurity. You have to pursue it every day,” Mandia stated in what sounded like a very expensive pitch for his company’s services.

An absence of clear-cut “rules” or justification for when and how to retaliate given the near-impossibility of determining responsibility for even a simple hack – let alone the sprawling map of SolarWinds – would only encourage attackers to continue their work, Mandia warned, suggesting that attackers would merely up the ante. Hackers’ continued attacks would “leave us shocked but not surprised,” he said, even while suggesting that the US’ rivals in cyberspace would never agree to “rules on espionage” and that it would be all but fruitless to try.

FireEye was the first company to publicly expose the SolarWinds hack back in January, which saw as many as 18,000 customers of the network management company compromised through the implementation of digital backdoors in their networks. However, 30 percent of the hack victims weren’t running SolarWinds at all, instead using programs with similar vulnerabilities such as Microsoft’s cloud computing software. The attack is believed to have started in September 2019, and it’s not clear how it avoided notice for so long. Cybersecurity experts have deemed it one of the worst breaches on record, though details as to what exactly (if anything) was taken or otherwise altered remain hazy.

While US intelligence agencies claimed the SolarWinds hack was “likely Russian in origin,” the joint statement they issued in January failed to supply any proof to back that suggestion. The attack has spooked software companies who rely on a chain of software suppliers upstream to construct the framework upon which their own software runs, leaving a crisis of trust in its wake even as end-users remain blissfully unaware of the catastrophe.

US inspector finds AT LEAST $2.4 billion ‘wasted’ on buildings in Afghanistan in ‘clear pattern’ of misuse and destruction

Billions of US taxpayer dollars have been wasted on building infrastructure in Afghanistan that isn’t actually needed or can’t be used or maintained properly, says a new report from a special inspector, unlikely to change things.

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) identified “about $2.4 billion in assets that were unused or abandoned, had not been used for their intended purposes, had deteriorated, or were destroyed” out of nearly $7.8 billion the US has spent on capital assets in the country.

Only $1.2 billion worth of assets were being used as intended, and only $343.2 million worth was in good condition, SIGAR said in a report sent to Congress at the end of February.

These capital assets were just a portion of the nearly $36 billion the US has spent since 2002 to “support governance and economic and social development,” in Afghanistan, on top of the cost of waging war against the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Islamic State and other groups designated as terrorists.

Since SIGAR’s establishment in 2008, the inspectorate’s reports have shown “a clear pattern of nonuse, misuse, deterioration, or destruction” of capital assets the US built for the Afghan government. The latest report includes the detailed descriptions of a “stratified sample” of 60 capital assets, concluding that 91 percent of the $792.1 million spent on them went to projects that were “unused or abandoned, were not used as intended, had deteriorated, were destroyed, or had some combination of the above.”

The sample included roads and bridges, hospitals, schools, irrigation systems, power plants, police and border facilities. Among the examples were a hospital in the Parwan province designed for a staff of 150 that only had 19 employees; one crumbling and one completely destroyed bridge; and a “center of excellence” school for boys in the Laghman province that ended up serving as a guest house for visiting government officials instead.

Amman condemns Israeli authorities after orthodox Jews break into Al-Aqsa Mosque during Jewish festival

The Jordanian foreign ministry has blasted Israeli authorities after police failed to stop a group of orthodox Jews bursting into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, one of Islam’s holiest sites, in Jerusalem on Sunday.

Daifallah Al-Fayez, a spokesman from the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Expatriates, claimed the failure to prevent the breach represents a “stark violation” of a historic and legal status quo.

On Sunday, dozens of people, reportedly comprising Jewish settlers, broke into the holy site while celebrating the Jewish festival of Purim. Some of the intruders were seen dressed in colorful costumes, drinking alcohol and dancing in and around the mosque, according to footage shared online.

In a statement, Al-Fayez called on Israel to recognize the authority of the Jordanian and Palestinian-led Islamic Waqf, which is in charge of the mosque’s administration, and saying the department is the only legal body responsible for authorizing entry to the holy site.

It was also reported on Friday that Israeli forces had placed military barricades at the entrances of the Old City of Jerusalem, obstructing Palestinian worshippers from reaching Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The criticism from Amman comes after Israeli defense minister and main political rival to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Benny Gantz, held an unannounced meeting with the Jordanian monarch last Friday.

Gantz, the leader of the Blue and White party, has insisted Israel must attempt to improve relations with Jordan. “I think our relationship with Jordan could be a thousand times better. Unfortunately, Netanyahu is an unwanted figure in Jordan, and his presence harms the two countries’ relations,” Gantz said.

Israel’s relations with Arab nations improved greatly during the last year of former US President Donald Trump’s administration, but Netanyahu’s renewed settlement plans have drawn criticism from across the Middle East.

'Trump will be your president long before 2024,': MyPillow's Lindell amid Dominion defamation suit

"I have all the evidence," says MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.

Despite facing a $1.3 billion defamation suit for alleging 2020 voter fraud, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell this weekend continued making such claims — even suggesting Donald Trump, who lost his presidential reelection bid last year, will be back in office before the 2024 White House race.

Lindell is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems, which alleges he defamed the company with false accusations of having rigged last year's election for President Biden.

"I have all the evidence of the machines," Lindell says in a video recorded this past weekend at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Orlando, Fla.

He also said the evidence is continuing to grow and will be brought to the Supreme Court, resulting in another Trump presidency before 2024.

"We're getting more (evidence) every day," Lindell said. "It will go to the Supreme Court, and Donald Trump will be your president long before 2024."

Lindell suggests such irregularities as deceased voters and non-residents casting ballots were missed by election officials. He said he is happy about the lawsuit because it will require Dominion to bring forth evidence unseen by the public.

Photo emerges of alleged rape victim and minister on night of claimed incident

A photograph has emerged showing a minister and the woman who accused him of rape pictured together on the night of the alleged incident.

It’s the photograph that the woman who accused a serving minister of raping her as a teenager said proves they were together earlier that night.

He is wearing a pinstriped shirt. She claims in the unsworn affidavit that he asked her to iron it for him before that night, telling her she would “make someone a wonderful wife” one day.

Scott Morrison has revealed the Liberal minister accused of rape, who has not been identified, “vigorously” denies the allegations and categorically refutes that he ever raped the Adelaide woman when she was a 16-year-old teenager.

But the woman’s friends say that the photograph was taken on Saturday, January 9, proving at least they were together before the woman alleges she was raped.

The woman said he told her that night as she ironed his shirt that she was “not only smart and so pretty” but could do “good housewife things”.

She said he went on to say he would need a “smart, pretty wife to help his political career, then boasted that he would be prime minister one day. By the age of 50, he predicted”.

That night, they went out drinking and dancing in Sydney’s Kings Cross district.

She had consented to a sexual act in 1988, but not sex or oral sex, but claims he then forced her to have oral sex and raped her.

“I did this repeatedly by saying ‘Please don’t make me’ and ‘No, I don’t want to.’”

After she vomited on her dress she said the man put her in the bath. She said that she then woke to him raping her. She claims the only thing she remembers when he was raping her was that he said “I don’t want to get you pregnant”.

She writes that she was shocked and embarrassed the next day and bleeding.

“I told no one what happened. All I could cope with, as I remembered parts of the evening gingerly, was the idea that things had gone ‘a bit too far’. But it was OK, I reassured myself, because we were going to get married one day.”

In the unsworn witness statement, the woman reveals that she knew the man for several years in the lead up to the incident and that he made a number of sexist, belittling comments to her over the years.

She also reveals at one social event he told her: “You should be wearing a bikini. Pity your tits are too small.”

Another time, they had gone to a Thai restaurant with friends in Sydney. The woman, who had battled eating disorders, ordered a salad with alfalfa sprouts.

She said the man said to her: “Oh look (the complainant) is eating sperm.”

Internal Emails Show Fauci Deputy ‘Tailored’ Agreements ‘to China’s Terms’.

Internal emails between the National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization reveal Dr. Anthony Fauci’s Deputy was required to sign a confidentiality agreement “tailored to China’s terms.”

Dr. Cliff Lane, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Deputy Director for Clinical Research and Special Projects, signed the agreement ahead of a World Health Organization (WHO) trip in 2020.

The emails, obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch on behalf of the Daily Caller News Foundation (DCNF), show WHO Technical Officer Mansuk Daniel Han informing Lane “the forms this time are tailored to China’s terms so we cannot use the ones from before.”

Han then asked Lane to complete a DOI – disclosure of interest – along with the confidentiality form.

Lane replies to the email, noting “I will get things to you as soon as possible.”

China in Focus (March 1): Chinese Transplant Doctor Commits Suicide

A famous Chinese transplant surgeon’s death raises suspicions. It’s been ruled a suicide, but some are pointing to the Chinese regime’s practice of forced organ harvesting.

China’s most important annual political meetings are scheduled for later this week. But authorities there seem to be ramping up suppression of activists and justice-seekers ahead of the event.

A pandemic-control volunteer in China is asked to quarantine. But his stay quickly took an unexpected turn when he witnessed people there being driven insane by the facility’s poor conditions.

Almost 50 democracy activists have been targeted by Beijing. They’ve been charged with what authorities call “conspiracy to commit subversion.”

A Chinese TV show is in the hot seat after it aired a doctored photo. The photoshopped image replaces actress Selena Gomez’s face with that of a Chinese TV star.

WHO Probe Under Scrutiny Over Investigators’ Ties to Chinese Regime

International critics are questioning the impartiality of a World Health Organization (WHO) team that recently conducted a fact-finding mission in Wuhan to probe the origins of the CCP virus.

The team consisted of 17 Chinese experts and 17 foreign experts from 10 countries. They began their work in the central Chinese city of Wuhan—the epicenter of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus outbreak—in late January before presenting their preliminary findings at a virtual press conference on Feb. 9.

However, the composition of the WHO team has come under scrutiny. In particular, some experts have relationships with the Chinese regime, raising conflict of interest issues.

Leung Man-to, a political science professor at Taiwan’s National Cheng Kung University, told The Epoch Times that the independence of the findings was compromised by the fact that foreign experts chosen by the WHO needed to first be approved by Beijing.

In October last year, Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO’s Health Emergencies Programme, said during a meeting that “a list of candidates has been submitted to the Chinese authorities for their consideration and for next steps in order to deploy that team.”

Given the experts were vetted by Beijing, Leung said that it was unlikely their findings would stray from the CCP’s narrative of the virus origins.

“Simply put, we can reasonably infer that the conclusions of the findings were long written up, and [Beijing] simply needed people [foreign experts] to lend their support,” Leung said.

He added that the independence of the findings was further compromised by the fact that Chinese experts were part of the team.

The experts, who were in China for four weeks, two of which were spent in quarantine, were reliant on Chinese authorities to do the actual investigation, according to WHO adviser Jamie Metzl. The Chinese regime also refused to provide raw data on early COVID-19 cases to the health body, according to one WHO team member.

FBI Received Tip Deemed ‘Not Plausible’ Days Before Opening Flynn Probe

A declassified FBI document reveals that the FBI opened its investigation against Michael Flynn days after receiving a tip from an informant that was later deemed to be “not plausible.”

Stefan Halper, a longtime Republican political operative, provided the FBI with information about Flynn on Aug. 11, 2016, according to an FBI memo released last week.

The FBI opened a counterintelligence cast file on Flynn five days later. The bureau had already opened investigations on three other Trump campaign advisers.

The FBI opened its investigation of Michael Flynn days after receiving information from a paid confidential source in August 2016 that an agent later determined to be “not plausible,” according to a newly declassified document.

The FBI document, known as an Electronic Communication, could help answer why the FBI opened its investigation of Flynn nearly a week after beginning a probe of three other Trump associates.

The FBI has never explained the delay.

According to the FBI document, which President Donald Trump declassified before leaving office, Stefan Halper, a former University of Cambridge professor who served as a confidential human source for the FBI, passed along a salacious allegation about Flynn during a meeting with his FBI handler, Stephen Somma, on Aug. 11, 2016.

Halper told Somma, an FBI counterintelligence agent working on Crossfire Hurricane, that he had suspicions about an encounter at the University of Cambridge in 2014 between Flynn and Svetlana Lokhova, a Russian-British graduate student. According to the FBI summary, Halper said that he saw Lokhova leave the Cambridge event with Flynn, who was director of the Defense Intelligence Agency at the time.

The FBI had opened Crossfire Hurricane on July 31, 2016, after receiving information from an Australian diplomat regarding an encounter he had two months earlier with George Papadopoulos, a Trump campaign adviser.

On Aug. 10, 2016, the Crossfire Hurricane team opened counterintelligence case files on Papadopoulos and two other Trump campaign advisers: Carter Page and Paul Manafort.

Flynn was the fourth aide targeted in the probe, though the FBI did not open a file on him until Aug. 16, 2016.

The FBI would use Halper, who had served in four Republican presidential administrations, to meet with and secretly record both Page and Papadopoulos. He was paid an undisclosed sum of money for his work, according to a Justice Department inspector general’s report released in 2019.

Both Page and Papadopoulos have identified Halper as the person who has been described in FBI documents as the bureau’s confidential human source (CHS) for Crossfire Hurricane.

NSW Police close investigation into historical rape allegation against federal Cabinet Minister

New South Wales Police say their investigation into a historical rape allegation against a federal Cabinet Minister is now closed.

An anonymous letter, sent to several members of Parliament, alleged a woman was raped when she was a teenager in 1988 by a man who is now a Minister in the federal government.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the Minister "absolutely rejects" the allegation.

In a statement, NSW Police said the woman contacted officers in 2019 but did not detail her allegation in a formal statement before taking her own life last year.

Police said they sought legal advice after receiving a document "purportedly made by the woman" before she died.

However, they said there was "insufficient admissible evidence" to proceed with an investigation, and that the matter was now closed.

Earlier, Australian Federal Police Commissioner Reece Kershaw had said his counterpart in New South Wales was seeking legal advice about the allegation.

Politicians who received the letter last week, including Mr Morrison and Labor's leader in the Senate Penny Wong, referred the allegation to the AFP.

However the AFP said it did not have jurisdiction over the matter.

The NSW Police investigation was suspended after the woman took her life in June las year.

Separately, police in South Australia are preparing a report into her death for the coroner.

Before the NSW Police announcement, Commissioner Kershaw was asked on Nine Radio about the challenges police would face, given the woman had died.

"It's very problematic and it's something the New South Wales Commissioner has talked to me about, about him seeking further legal advice in relation to that matter," he told Nine Radio.

"And that's something that myself and the South Australian Police Commissioner will be discussing.

"Just to clarify … the AFP's role is to liaise and support and provide whatever advice those jurisdictions need in this matter."

Woman fatally stabbed and daughter raped and killed after inviting man over for drink

The lives of a 36-year-old woman and her 12-year-old daughter came to a tragic end after what was meant to be an innocent date.

A man has been arrested, accused of stabbing his date to death before raping and fatally strangling her 12-year-old daughter with a power cord, after new DNA anaysis identified him as a suspect.

Aleksey Zhdanov, 35, allegedly attacked Olga, 36, and her daughter at their home in the city of Nizhny Tagil in central Russia two years ago, The Sun reports. But the DNA evidence has only now seen him arrested over the crimes.

According to local reports, Olga invited Mr Zhdanov to her place after they got acquainted in a local grocery store.

After the pair consumed some alcoholic drinks, Mr Zhdanov reportedly became aggressive and Olga asked him to leave.

In response, he allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and violently stabbed her to death.

After that, Mr Zhdanov reportedly broke into the room of Olga’s daughter and raped her, before strangling her with an iron cord.

The victims’ bodies were found the next day by Olga’s mother, after she came over to celebrate her birthday as the family had planned.

Only now, two years after the crime, Mr Zhdanov has been identified as a suspect by DNA analysis.

Currently in prison serving a six-year sentence for car theft, police have now launched a criminal case against Mr Zhdanov. He faces a life sentence if found guilty.

The investigation continues.

GOP Claims White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain is ‘Running the Show’ Instead of Biden

Ron Klain is an American attorney and former lobbyist who is currently serving as the White House Chief of Staff under US President Joe Biden. From 2009 to 2011, Klain served as Biden’s Chief of Staff when he was vice president. He had also previously served as Chief of Staff to Vice President Al Gore, from 1995 to 1999.

In recent days, Republicans attacked White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, referring to him as the “guy behind the curtain” and “Prime Minister Klain”' as they blame Klain for President Joe Biden's refusal to negotiate the price on his $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief package.

Under the relief package, millions of Americans would receive $1,400 stimulus payments, and unemployment aid would be extended throughout the summer. The bill also provides aid to small businesses and allocates $74 million for COVID-19 vaccinations and treatments.

“We’ve gotten the impression from our members that have been in meetings down there that he’s [Klain] kind of the guy behind the curtain,” Senate Republican Whip John Thune is quoted as saying, The Hill reported.

Aides to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell have also referred to the White House Chief of Staff as “Prime Minister Klain,” with an unidentified Republican aide telling The Hill that Klain’s actions are contributing to the perception that Biden is not “running the show.”

“It plays into the theme of Biden’s not really running the show here,” the aide explained.

Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine), who met with Biden at the White House earlier this month along with a group of 10 fellow Republican senators, told the outlet that Biden is being closed in by Klain and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

“The problem is that what appear to be productive talks seem to be countermanded by the Democratic leader in the Senate,” Collins explained to reporters, also adding that Klain attempted to undermine any progress Biden and GOP senators might have made during their February 1 meeting.

“Ron was shaking his head in the back of the room, the whole time, which is not exactly an encouraging sign,” she said.

On Thursday, McConnell noted that the COVID-19 relief package is a progressive legislation that suggests the president is being forced to move to the left.

“The president has chosen a very progressive beginning. His chief of staff, on MSNBC yesterday, said with regard to the COVID package, the most progressive legislation in a generation,” the GOP leader said. “The president has decided not to be a centrist.”

However, one White House ally has a different take.

"This is the political equivalent of frightfully screaming, 'the dog ate my homework,''' a White House ally told The Hill. "The reality is they've made a major unforced error in opposing a rescue plan that the president repeatedly invited them to be a part of and that the majority of both economists and Republican voters themselves support."

Another unidentified adviser also suggested that Biden, not Klain, is in control.
