to me it sounds like they made the best call out of a very shitty situation. msm addicted society didn't see it that way though.
around 10% lost power but it could have been everyone. this is why we prep folks, stores of food, firewood and cast iron skillets just like the Americans before us. 4x4 still made roads passible but dangerous for those that needed to go out. but months of this and even preppers would be in trouble
